Absolutely the worst moving experience we have ever had. As a military family we’ve made plenty of moves, some better than others but our expectations are moderate and this company underperformed in every aspect. The packers came for packing day and were very careless. I’ll update this review when we get our belongings. I think there were thirty boxes labeled “totes” instead of properly identifying the contents. We had to constantly follow behind them because they left things unpacked in every single room.

This is the worst company I’ve dealt with for any transaction ever. Had a military move with them, so it wasn’t my choice, with a confirmed pack and load date on a Friday. Packers showed up at 3pm, with no idea where the loaders were. After calling their sorry excuse for a dispatch, I was told a multitude of things by her. The loaders were on their way, the loaders weren’t coming until Monday, the loaders would be there around 8pm, and then silence once it was time for her to go home for the weekend.

The worst move I’ve ever experienced. I’ve moved 6+ times now in the military and this was for sure the worst. They were late, started moving things inside just fine but left multiple items outside, unpacked, or disassembled. Once the unpacking part happened, it was a hot mess. Multiple items were damaged because they just threw my belongings all over the place and stacked random metal/heavy items on top of my glass/fragile items.

0/5 stars We were moved by this company and our couch was only a few months old at the time. When it was delivered a month later, there were suddenly 5-6 golf ball sized tears in the sides and back. We tried to file a quick claim, but here's the kicker: They damaged our couch and then LIED and wrote down that it was pre-existing damage. So now we have a new couch with huge tears in it that cannot be replaced. I love this couch, I have no reason to want to replace it. HELLO we literally JUST bought it.

Stewart Moving & Storage was contracted to deliver our household goods as part of our PCS from Guam to Virginia. Pros: On time, adequate furniture assembly. Cons: When we were initially contacted by Stewart, we were advised to have the crew unpack our things so they would also remove the packing materials. When we asked the crew to complete this request, they adamantly tried to talk us out of it. We should have let them. When my husband or I was not in a room, they dumped the boxes out on the floor.

I was the releasing agent for a friend's household goods. I have communicated with my friend throughout the entire move. For one, my friends pack and load should have only taken a few hours, it took all day. I instructed them how to pack several things but they failed to listen. They did not put his TVs in TV boxes they just wrapped picture carton sheets around them. I gave them the washer bolts for his front loading washer and they couldn't put them in.

Master Movers handled a military move from our home to storage in May, 2014. My wife still cringes, just to think of that one day. We would have been better to hire someone waiting outside of Home Depot. The packers had no experience. When someone who knew what he was doing showed up and tried to direct them, a verbal fight ensued and the experienced guy quit on the spot. They moved boxes so roughly that they shattered things inside. We have to try and claim picture frames, glasses and plastic storage containers.

So. I'm going to try to keep this short. Furniture scratched. Tables dented. Numerous broken items. The boxes were packed in such disarray. Literally like walking down a grocery store aisle and just swiping your arm on the shelf to knock it all off into a box. That's what our stuff looked like. Apparently they list that they don't pack liquids, sure that's fine - but why did you end up packing obvious liquid items that then leak all over the boxes?
