I removed my 5-star rating after receiving my goods (out-of-state move). I was happy that they showed up on time but were adamant that I pay upfront in cash, which I did (now I realize no recourse). Upon unloading, I see that numerous issues were at hand (pictures attached): • Marble table placed on top of TV (Stored on top of an upside down table / legs). • Multiple items stores in position never intended. • Large pieces of furniture resting (bouncing) against Living Room TV.
George I just have been informed that we damaged a chair of yours and scratched some items, please send us a list of items you would want to be compensated for. email us and put and put attention Paul in claims, Thanks
This seriously was the worst moving experience I have ever encountered. The gentleman named Lee who runs the crew is equivalent to a rude car salesman. Beware this is definitely a bait-and-switch operation! When we spoke on the phone and tried to get an idea of what a studio apartment would bring with no heavy furniture no couch or bed to move around the corner less than a mile we established perhaps maybe when I was packed there was going to be five pieces of heavy-ish type furniture and 20 boxes. for 500$!

Admittedly I needed movers within a couple days notice, the reviews I read were pretty decent so I called. I ended up scheduling via email, because their phone lines weren’t working. It was a little difficult knowing was I confirmed, not confirmed. I sent a list of what was to be moved, and told I was given a flat rate. I asked if we could re-evaluate on moving day because if I got my keys early I would be eliminating several things I could move myself.

so, I called Lee from apartment movers and told him about a week prior that i would need movers for the 30th of march. he said no problem we’ll be there at 1pm, was very professional and quoted me a fair price. so we get to the 30th of march and at noon i expected a call to at least confirm the move. nothing. at 1pm no one showed up so i called them and at first i got a man over the phone imitating a women voice which confused me and was very unprofessional.

Stay away from this place. Unprofessional movers. Was supposed to bring a truck. They bring a pickup truck with a trailer attached to the back. Proceeded to show them the boxes to move. Some in the garage and some in the some in the house. The guy gets upset says it's supposed to be boxes and a bedroom set then leaves saying we are yelling at them. leaving us with no movers. I never even got to show him the rest of the boxes and bedroom set in the house. I could of went with another company.
We gave an exact price to move 20 boxes and 1 bedroom set for 375.00. The day before the move we texted to confirm the move and to remind what we were moving and were told it was for 25 boxes not 20 boxes, we agreed to move 5 extra boxes at no cost.
Terrible! If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. They broke 2 boxes filled with wine glasses and ripped the fabric on my couch. Pictures were sent to them and they stated they aren’t responsible for anything in boxes and gave me $100 to cover the damages to the couch. It’s true what they say you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor don’t book them.
We appreciate feedback, but we must adhere to the signed contract that outlines damages compensation. We paid all damages according to that agreement. We are sorry this was not the outcome you hoped for, but we followed the agreed-upon terms.
We had a move scheduled for 1pm. No one called so we contacted them, at which time we were told they couldn't make it. Things happen and that's understandable, what is not is how rude they were when we asked why they didn't contact us and tell us when that happened. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.
Ms. Janean called 10pm the night before for an emergency move, we said we would try to fit her in between moves we already had but the the timing did not work, we are sorry, we tried to help.
Apparently this company is good at moving according to the reviews. But they desperately need some administrative assistance. They didn't even make it to the moving part because of the weird and rude experience I had before then. Customer service is important too.

I had a wonderful experience today with Cleveland Apartment movers. I needed to complete a local move on short notice and Lee was able to fit me into his schedule. He was excellent at staying in communication and offered me a very fair price. Him and his team showed up early for the move and were probably the most efficient team I’ve seen. Everyone was also very friendly and handled all my items with care. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I have another move.

I was looking for last minute movers to help me unload on a holiday weekend. I was driving from Georgia with my family and Lee was so responsive. He set everything up over the phone, offered a great flat rate quote and was super professional throughout. Him and his team were so quick and efficient and so easy to work with. I usually dread moving but if I need to move apartments again or move I know who to call. They were early, efficient and super careful with everything. I would recommended to everyone.

My home sold in 2 days and I agreed to let the buyers move in earlier than I wanted to move out and I needed a mover quickly. Apartment Movers responded and they were able to accommodate my request to move me out within the week. I wasn’t able to get another moving company to respond this quickly and cater to my requests. Apartment Movers were professional and efficient . The guy in charge gave me a great quote and did not try to charge me more when they arrived and finished when the job was completed.

Lee and his team were amazing to work with! I had recieved quotes from other moving companies (All my Sons, Two Men and a Truck, etc.), their quotes were 2-3 times higher what Lee quoted me. He was responsive, friendly, and professional! They showed up on time and were fast and efficient! My apartment building AC was broke, and the freight elevator broke while they were here, and the team was willing to move stuff down 7 floors of stairs if needed, even in the heat. They didn't hesitate to think of a plan B.
