Showed up late. Damaged my floor damaged my recliner pulled out wires. Didn’t have the tools to take off refrigerators doors had to use mine . Left with a mess didn’t put anything back charging me a hundred dollars more than the quoted Stay away for these people. You have been warned!!
When you see the one star reviews... PLEASE BELIEVE THEM!! I beg of you DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE. Read this if you want the real deal about this NOT SO CLUTCH MOVING COMPANY. Okay let me first start off on how they were 5 hours late! BTW this was a OFFICE MOVE! THESE GUYS ARE NOT DEPENDABLE SO ESPECIALLY DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BUSINESS. They were supposed to arrive at 2 p.m. then contacted us at 2:30 saying they would arrive at 3:30. Ok fine. We wait UNTIL 6:00 P.M.
Hi Zianne, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand your frustration with the delays and communication issues. We appreciate your feedback.
They charge you a deposit which they don't return at the end and just say it gets charged as part of the final bill. At the end of the move they didn't give us a receipt though their manager called us and asked us to authorize the final payment over the phone. Make sure to get a receipt from them breaking down the charges as they didn't provide one until a few days later when I asked about the deposit.

I recently used Clutch Moving Company for my relocation, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Rick, Jose, and Walter was amazing from start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and handled all my belongings with the utmost care. Booking was easy, and they were very accommodating to my schedule. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary tools and materials.
Hi Kyle! Wow, thank you so much for your amazing review! We always aim to be professional, punctual, and careful with all belongings, so your kind words mean a lot to us. I'm glad our team could accommodate your schedule and provide excellent service.
We recently hired Clutch Moving to Pack and Move our 2BR Apt. Being in my 9th month of pregnancy, there was no way i would be able to pack everything for our move. Angel's crew (angel, victor, and i forget the last person's name) came first thing in the morning at 830 and got right to work. They were efficient and made good time despite some hiccups with the power drill dying (had to use good ol' elbow grease). They were friendly, helpful, respectful and worked hard the entire duration.
Hi M, we are thrilled that you have given us five stars. Thank you for being appreciative of all the hard work that our team put in and we will work hard to ensure that this high standard is never compromised. Thank you for your business and we highly appreciated your kind review.
