After numerous good experiences with Clutter. My last experience was awful. After 3 attempts to get my items out of storage the movers dumped my items in front of my house and left. The first appointment, the movers took 4 hours to move 1/3 of my items, bc they were tired and their time was almost up. The second appointment 15 items were missing and they friend to deliver someone else’s (broken) item. This last attempt they refused to bring my items upstairs so they left them on the sidewalk.

**Please carefully read Clutter's reviews!! Most of them are fake, left by "reviewers" who've left only one or two reviews, many with no picture. Those that have left more than one review don't appear to live anywhere near this clutter location. Each review is written off of a redundant script in which they name their movers to begin, and then follow up with generic praise. How likely to do you it is that most of their reviewers remember and name each of their movers, and do so in identical format. Poke around.

So confused how this place is highly rated THEN I NOTICE ALL THEIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Look yhem up on yelp! Worst moving experience of my life. I thought everything would go well seeing them wrapping things but once they left my house they must've have literally thrown things into a storage unit. Every single TV was smashed. Mirror broken. Tables literally snapped in half. It was almost comical how broken things were.

If I could give zero stars, I would!! This place is a rip-off. I contacted customer service, which is located in India, and the reps speak minimal English. I also found they have no access to anyone who works in America. I simply asked to close my account and retrieve my stuff since I found a place sooner than I thought. Then I was told they have no appointments until September. Mind you, I hired an outside moving company to move me. This is unacceptable and was NOT told to me before signing up.
Almost all of my items have been destroyed by the amount of mouse urine that was in and on the boxes. There were also multiple cracked glasses and household items. I had to contain multiple boxes to a separate room because the boxes smelled like urine. I have attempted to wash my clothes and sheets multiple times to no avail. Anything cloth as well as thousands of dollars of makeup, tattoo equipment and nail tech supplies have been thrown away. My armoire was also broken.

Great experience with Henry and Kevin from Clutter! They seamlessly helped me move out of my one bedroom super efficiently. They were friendly and easy to work with and put a lot of care into making sure my stuff was well looked after!
Jack and Hassan were amazing!! Professional. Friendly. Thorough. Careful. Strong enough to carry items down 3 flights! Truly excellent and hope to work with them again.
Jack and Hassan were the existing l absolute best. They were able to help me with a really complicated move, and they got it done in a limited amount of time. They emptied a 10-by-30 storage unit. They did most of it in less than one working day. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for helping us get this taken care of.
Clutter storage was extremely convenient for my temporary needs. Theo & Damir were the move in team to help me get my stuff back and they were so helpful and quick, especially considering I’m in a walk up. Highly recommend!
