The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
First off, let me say I am not one to write reviews, but under the circumstance I felt I now should. I recently used Coastal Carriers to pack, store and transport our belongings from NC to TX. We are a family of 5 and have a lot of furniture and sentimental family items, and from the initial conversation with Matt Waylond through to delivery our experience with CC was absolutely terrific (and again it's not often I provide this type of feedback).
Jake, Odell, Brian and Hunter are fantastic movers. They arrived early every day and finished the job under budget. They are pleasant and courteous. Could not have had a better moving experience. No damage to anything they moved.
Thanks Dan! We are lucky to have such a great group of movers. We are thrilled to hear your move went well!
We just moved into our new home; Coastal Moving and Storage had our household belongings in storage for the past 11 months. Everything was delivered today, fully intact and in the same condition it was loaded 11 months ago. John and Odem were our delivery guys; both were very polite, professional and efficient. They were very careful moving our items into our new home, not a single mark or nick on the walls, and, we had some challenges with some larger pieces of furniture..
Thank you Mr. Murphy, we are delighted your move went so well! Thank you for choosing Coastal Carrier!
UPDATED: Our awesome Coastal Carrier crew just moved us into our new home over the last two days! Our belongings ended up in storage for quite some time as our house was being built (was delayed). Everything is now at our new home. They took good care of our belongings. I’ll update once I open everything… The team worked hard and were very efficient. Each one of them were courteous and friendly. They made sure our furniture was exactly where we wanted it and they were happy to take boxes at the end of their day.
Hi Heather! We are so glad everything went so well on your local move in Chapel Hill. It means so much to hear that your crew took good care of your belongings — both during storage and the final move-in. Thank you for trusting us through each stage of the process.
