If I could give this company negative stars, I would. We are a military family and this is the absolute worst moving company that we have had the displeasure of dealing with. They arrived late and then after 2 hours of trying to get the truck in Our driveway, they decided it couldn't be done and rescheduled for the next week. They call on the morning of the rescheduled delivery to tell us that they don't have an extra truck that was needed so they rescheduled for the next day.

The three young men who moved me in were great. That was the only good thing about the move in (from across the country) with Coleman Allied in Manhattan, KS. I've always used Allied for moving, but this particular affiliate group is so poorly run. There was some damage to several book cases, and some screws were missing on my futon sofa. Fine, that is what insurance is for. The movers told me to call someone in the office to find out about how to resolve the issues.

Very sloppy handling of our furniture in a local move (less than 3 miles). They damaged furniture, soaked a mattress and then threatened to not even conduct a claims process until we had paid everything in full. After 15 moves in the military, this comes close to my worst experience with movers and a local general manager. I would never recommend this company.

We had a horrible experience with this company. Communication was unreliable. The move date kept getting changed and I do understand June is a busy month, however communication would have made it a little easier. First truck arrived and that team did a great job. I was not told we were to have “overload” for another truck the next day? This changed our plans and had to get a hotel I. manhatten(we lived in Herington) and drive back the next day for them to load the rest of our stuff.

There are not enough words to explain how absolutely terrible and unreliable this company is. Communication is a joke, no one seems to know what is going on and you can not get answers from anyone. Describing the horrific experience we, along with others have had with this moving company would be so lengthy and time consuming I would be here all day. All I can say is if you care about your possessions seek another moving company or move it yourself. Utter disbelief in how our move was handled from start to finish.

I have never experienced any moving company quite like this! Very sloppy handling of our furniture in a local move to storage. They damaged furniture, broke awards and trophies that can never be replaced and then just dumped organized household items and craft items from plastic bin into boxes. After 20 years in the military, this was my worst experience with movers. The government hired them to do three days work packing and three days work unpacking.

NEVER AGAIN! They came and stayed 2hrs to pack not even half my house was done before they called it a day. They “packed” by shoving as much stuff into every drawer they could find. They broke part of my dresser by doing this and I’m not looking forward to them coming back. They stained my carpet which I now need to clean and did not apologize or offer services. You can tell they are not taught how to pack or just trying to save as much time, effort, and money as possible.

Our unaccompanied baggage pickup was scheduled for Sept 2nd, 8-10 am, but they arrived around 5 pm! 🙄 They packed for 2 hours, then crammed our stuff in the truck without a crate, promising to crate it at the warehouse. 🤦‍♀️ Guess what? They only shipped a fraction of our stuff and LOST the rest, including my husband's army gear, baby items, kitchenware, beddings, towels, new bags, clothes, his gaming PC, decorations, and many more!😡
