Absolute Jerks ---From Nashville to Orange Park (Jacksonville, FL). David Voyles was not obtainable when needed with issues. He was our coordinator on move that happened on April 06 2018. Thee crew did show up on time but they did not coordinate or pack anything in sequence and rooms were in boxes not marked correctly or loaded on right.

If you need extra stress and headaches during your move, by all means call Coleman. The only reason I rated two stars is because the packing and loading crew (a subcontractor) were very nice and accommodating, even though they did break a few things. The Coleman sales and corporate people, I would give ONE star. The overall process I rate as a 2/5. 1) When David Voyles came to our home, he assured me they could pack us one day, load the next and deliver on the third day.

Horrible cross-country move experience. After signing the contract, the sales person wouldn't return my calls. Movers arrived 5 days later than promised. Bought insurance and submitted a claim for broken items, but Coleman wouldn't honor this because we packed the items ourselves (and they wouldn't refund our insurance payment). Avoid.

I wanted to give Coleman a good review, but considering they’ve overcharged and failed to reimburse us $11,000, I can’t. Our driver, Jon, was phenomenal; very diligent and hard working and the crews he hired on both ends were great. Jim was friendly and thorough, and informed us during our first meeting that although they charged the full estimated amount up front, we’d be immediately reimbursed after final weigh in. But that didn’t happen.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We had a terrible move using Coleman Allied Movers out of Nashville to Texas. Our home was poorly packed and the staff who packed our furniture did not carefully care for our home. On the day of our move, the team arrived without proper packing materials and told us our home would be repacked and carefully loaded on a new truck since the driver who had been assigned on moving day rejected our load.

We hired Allied to move us from Texas to Tennessee. I packed everything myself and organized my stuff to make it efficient for the movers. The movers were schedule to arrive on a Wednesday because we sold our house and had to be out by Friday. Well they couldn’t make it on that Wednesday and instead showed up on Thursday. No big deal, things happen and you just have to pivot. Movers came and they did a really nice job and I tipped them each accordingly. Now comes the disappointment.

Recently had “white glove delivery” with this company for a pair of nightstands. Normally, professional moving companies come into your home very carefully and with consideration. Not these people. We are a no shoes inside household and these movers came in with shoes on without even asking. Other delivery companies we’ve used, and even the electrician we hired recently, have little booties that they put on to be mindful of keeping your floor clean.

If you value your household goods, your time, and your sanity, DO NOT use Coleman Allied for your moving needs. The past eight months have been a nightmare, dealing with their ineptitude, both in the moving/storage business and in resolving claims for the damaged caused by their carelessness, - rudeness, lies, and changing points of contact. We are 8 months in and still without a resolution. We used Coleman Allied for an interstate move from TN to MO.
