AVOID BY ALL MEANS POSSIBLE This was a military move and easily the worst move (out of nine) I've ever experienced. The team that arrived was completely under-resourced to accomplish my delivery in a timely, careful, and safe manner. 1. I never received a call the day prior regarding a window to expect delivery. 2. Based on the moving manager's advice, I showed up to the delivery site at 0800. I was later advised the movers would arrive between 0900-1100. 3.

I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service I received when I called your headquarters on 7/[phone removed]am. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the high regard I previously held for your company.

Bottom line: stay away. If you're assigned Coleman, especially the branch/warehouse in Montgomery as a part of your PCS, do what you can to get another TSP. I was scheduled to pack out over two days with a third day pickup for my household goods. On both day 1 and day 2 of packing Coleman's movers called it quits before 3PM despite making little headway on the job. They said they'd come by on a Saturday to finish packing, but never showed.

Pre move survey: Matt came out for my pre move inspection and was fantastic! He was attentive, thorough, and explained everything in a simple manner that inspired confidence and was stress relieving. I look forward to working with him again for the packout! **Post move-out edit: Sadly this trend could not continue and has been my worst move so far. No. We moved from Alabama to Maine last year. The packers in the house were great. The packers in our outbuildings packed things that don't belong together in boxes. I don't know what happened between Montgomery and Maine, but most of our furniture was broken when it arrived. We had irreplaceable Turkish furniture that made it from Turkey to Alabama, but somehow couldn't make the move to Maine. The unloaders on the Maine side were slow and goofy. The truck driver had to help them because they were going so slow.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Absolutely the worst move I’ve had in 23 years (12 military moves). Showed up 3hrs late on the first day bc they went to the wrong house. Then they didn’t put down any floor protection and damaged my wood floors! They delivered a 2 day shipment in 1 day by jamming everything anywhere and everywhere then left…said they’d return the next day to unbox and assemble furniture and beds, but ghosted us not once but TWICE. Day three and no one has been back at all.

SCAM SCAM SCAM RUN FOR THE HILLS paid almost close to 8 thousand just to be lied to in the contract they have whatever they take down they put back up lies left off all the cords to the tv left parts off from the dryer etc a long list communication sucked and oh the drivers for the car even the lady that work for Coleman said there bad with communication the sales guy lie from the jump they will deliver on days they know your working just so they can storage your things by far the worst company I’ve ever deal with…

This place is a joke and a total disorganization. My driver arrive at 9 am ton unload just 15 boxes . It is already 12:30 pm and still waiting to unload . Keep away from this receiver . This is ridiculous . I have to cancel our reload because receiver facility taking forever to unload just 15 boxes .
