We were scheduled for unloading of 2 Pods on the 21st July with an email confirmation. They were actually very nice to deal with up till moving day. The morning they were scheduled to show at 0800 since we had the Pods delivered the day prior. My wife called the morning of the unload to be told they canceled us because 2 employees called in sick. My first issue was they weren’t even going to call us at all and be stuck.
They wont complete the job you pay them to do. They will take the job. Assure you they can do the job. Not complete it and then give you all the reasons they didn’t complete it including that its your fault for not double checking their work. So as long as you don’t trust them and don’t pay them BEFORE the move you may be ok. But don’t pay them prior or they will just leave and not finish

Walter gave me an excellent quote and followed up promptly via phone, email, and text. My movers, Dan and Shawn, were stellar. They have years of moving experience, were very professional, worked well as a team, and got a difficult job done. Hauling items about 100 yards in drizzle through wet grass, safely securing my stuff in the truck, and expertly stacking my storage unit like a puzzle.

Walter did an in home estimate and was friendly and professional. Gave me details on what to expect on moving day. On moving day we had the best crew. Very thorough. Wrapped everything thoroughly. Friendly. Joking around with us a little which I greatly appreciated as I had a lot of anxiety that day. Our lower level ended up having to be under construction so everything that was supposed to go there, had to now be stored in my garage temporarily. They got everything to fit! Very happy I chose this company.

Shawn, Kyle, and Tyrone did an excellent job with our move today. They had everything out of one place and into the new place in two hours. They were in beast mode. They are very professional and kind. They didn’t leave until everything was in the right place and in the new home. Would highly recommend these gentlemen.
