The receptionist was wonderful and made scheduling the move for one of our residents quick and easy. Sean and Zach were also professional, courteous, and efficient while moving the resident’s one-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, the experience took a shocking turn after the move was completed. We paid using our company card and left a $15 tip, which is what our company policy allows.

If you’re looking for a moving company that specializes in misleading quotes, poor communication, and last-minute surprises, this is the one. They were incredibly friendly while taking my money, but that professionalism disappeared the moment it was time to actually deliver on their promises. Their definition of “honest business practices” seems to involve saying whatever is convenient at the time and hoping you won’t question it later.

Listen I didn't want to ruin y'all's perfect star rating, but is there any way you could come remove your illegally placed cardboard signs around Hixson They ruin the forest ❤️ Edit: I am forced to change my five-star review to a one star after yet another cardboard sign has been illegally spotted on my street from you guys I'm surprised you don't even ask for permission. You're just going on people's private property and placing cardboard signs on a whim?
I reached out to College Hunks for a quote about same or next day movers. I spoke with Steve and he was very short with me and extremely rude. When he quoted me $600 for 2 movers/2 hours I told him that was higher than I anticipated and appreciated his help but I would continue to search for another affordable moving company.

Geez can't even get a quote now without having to jump through hoops. Spoke with Chris who not only couldn't provide a quote but wanted to catch an attitude. It was red flags right away and then of course once they get your info you start getting hit up with texts and phone calls, ended up having to block them the very same day. Wouldn't recommend. And still getting calls from various numbers from them. *BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY* DON'T LET THE REVIEWS FOOL YOU.

DO NOT USE! This was the worst experience that I've had with movers. It was scheduled in advance. The first day their mover didn't show because he was asleep. They rescheduled for the next day and didn't show a second time. I lost six hours total of my time waiting for them on two consecutive days. I will never use them in the future!

My husband and I are moving from Chattanooga to Colorado. Unfortunately, he had already left to take on a new job, so I was left to get everything packed up and also get rid of big furniture we no longer wanted. I had no idea what to do since some items were in storage (10 miles away), and a very heavy sleeper couch in our downtown apartment also needed to go! Luckily, I found College Hunks!!!!
