I advise against using this company. They showed up 2 hours late. They broke a lamp and discarded it in the dumpster without informing me- I found it 2 days later in the trash. They took my tool box with them and I never got it back. They milked the move over 5 hours, last time I moved it took 1.5 hours and this was an easier move. I found them sitting in the truck on multiple occasions after being unseen for 30+ minutes. Highly recommend to not use this company. Company was non-responsive to my feedback as well.
Booked a job with this location for a high rise in Chicago. Was told the truck would be there between 1:00-3:00 today so we paid $200 and booked my building freight elevator from 1:00-5:00 to be prepared. The truck showed up at 4:30 pm with a full truck of junk… How are you going to complete my job with a full truck and in 30 minutes? Then they proceeded to quote us 2.5 truck loads for a pile of trash bags and rolled up carpet which was completely ridiculous.

There’s quite the list of items that went wrong with my move this weekend. Starting off, only a few minutes before the starting window of my move (10-11am), I got a call from their dispatch team saying that there was no crew available and I wouldn’t be able to have movers until 5/6pm Saturday or Sunday, and that I’d get a call back in about an hour for an update.

I hired college hunks to move my household about 10 minutes (from Oakbrook Terrace to Westmont). I had a 1000 sqft home and a three car garage to move. They initially quoted me 6 hours with three guys at 2500. I called back and asked for a 4th guy, because we doubted they could get it done in a day with only three people. This cost more for the extra person, but would be accomplished sooner, so they price would be about the same. The lead guy, Anthony worked his butt off but the other three did not.

From the service - expect kids who will eat up/slack off during your paid time. Management - denies and leads you on for quotes. Ended up paying a considerable amount more. $200-400 more. Liability - the movers lost/misplaced/damaged multiple valuable items and still won’t contact me with a reimbursement plan. One of the items was a family heirloom that’s not replaceable and it’s very concerning that one of the movers either quit or he hasn’t returned to the office for 20 days. GO WITH ANOTHER SERVICE

Was terrible. Slow, damaged walls, left stuff behind. I never leave reviews, and always give the benefit of the doubt, but they forgot stuff, left stuff behind. They knew what needed to be moved and brought too small a truck, yet took nearly 5 hours. I could not have been more disappointed. Truly feels like I way overpaid and got very minimal service. No post move walk through.
