I have moved a total of four times and can say with absolute certainty, this was the worst moving experience I've ever had. My move was estimated to be three "hunks", five hours and $1200. In actuality, it was eight hours and $2000. To start off the morning, I was told that I needed mattress covers for every mattress that needed to be moved (I had four). This would have been very helpful if the person who gave me the estimate over the phone would have told me, so I had an option to buy them at a much lower cost.

They were slow, left a huge mess, unaccountable for the errors they made, overcharged me. I told them to quit 5 hours into the job given lack of professionalism and they took my stuff to still move it and charged me for 2.5 hours extra that …

Sadly, I have to edit the below review. Nearly three months after using College Hunks, I noticed the new credit card I had used only one time to pay College Hunks for junk removal, was used several times in Arizona and California. I don’t know if one of the “hunks” used it or sold it, but those are the only possible explanations. I immediately called my credit card company and they issued a new card and removed all the charges. They will be investigating. Never again. These guys made my life soooo easy!

Absolutety a worst moving company. Almost every things got damaged. Moving supposed to be one day but it took two days. We had bunch of furniture scratched and damaged. We cannot file a claim unless it have to be 4" long per a mover. Some of items still in my garage that we have to get help from friends. Too much to deal with the mover in second day. An emotionally let go because he was not really want to help. He keep blaming a mover on the first day. Try to save your furniture, time, money, and heart ache.

Horrible sevice, communication and professionalism. The moving team called me to say that they could not mak pick up for scheduled and confirmed appointment and that I needed to reschedule for the next day. They called me after 230pm and my service call was between 2 and 4pm, to share the news that they were not coming. This is the second time that I have dealt with this conpany and have experinced challenges with time commitments. I will not be using their service in the future, buyer beware!!!

Called and was told they can move a bed frame within house , then I get call that they can’t come today so I made other arrangements, then the guy said he would call me if it can be worked out I said forget it cancel it which I was not able to do and they sent somebody out all they did was was move a bed frame to another room and I was charged over 368.00 dollars and it took the guys 15 min total what a rip off

They were on time, professional, friendly and fast. They were careful not to damage anything while moving extremely heavy items and paid attention to detail while doing the job ( ex. it was raining and they remembered to be careful with their wet shoes). Managing an apartment complex we had an Emergency occur over the weekend. when I called Sunday Afternoon Lukas promptly call me back and set crews up for Monday and Tuesday to help with issue. Griffin and Colin came on Tuesday and were very professional, respectful, and efficient. The crew that came on Monday were the same.
