I hired these guys for a move in September. I spoke to two folks over the phone and they asked me to go over the items I needed moved. I was told the move would take approximately 5 hours to move all my things, but could be more as they could not be specific over the phone. I was told I'd have 3 strong guys. They sent two strong guys and a kid who could only move the small boxes. Only after they emptied the truck, I was told I had too much furniture and they needed to come back another day to finish.

Not recommended. Movers caused over $1,200 of damage to our fridge. We completed the claim form the same day we received it from them and they have ignored us since. They have not returned calls or emails. Completely unethical. Update: Per the owner's reply below I called with hopes to rectify the issue. The person I spoke to informed me that I will receive an email and a call from the location manager within 2-6 days. That was 16 days ago and I have yet to receive an email or a call.

We used the service before and the guys did a great job. This time it was a blithering nightmare. I would NEVER use the service again. They took 9 hrs to move us from one home to another only 2 miles away. I specifically told them my husband was waiting for them to let them in, but told them to call ME with questions on what to move as he is hearing impaired. They never called me and moved items I did NOT want moved. Items we were donating.

My wife and I hired additional help packing and loading before we moved across the country, and the employees who showed up were nice to my face, but did not listen to any of the requests my wife had as far as loading our moving truck, nor did they use any of the protective equipment provided to them (moving blankets, wraps, etc.), despite us asking and insisting.

CHHJ - contractually failed to meet the full extent of scope of work. There were several items and instructions not adhered to during the allotted time. They agreed earlier today to refund me an hour of the labor but due to me needing to completely unpack and repack the truck a full refund is in order. Hi Steven, I have made NO claims of incorrect charges, yet. I guess my claim would be of incompetence at the packing of the truck; a significant reduction or total refund of said charges should be in order, however.
We always aim to deliver a great experience. We will use this feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
This company is completely unreliable. The call center confirms dates and times, but the movers are never aligned. I was given a 9:30–11:30 window and didn’t receive a call until 30 minutes after it ended. Now they’re saying they won’t be able to come at all. Junk Be Gone has proven to be far more reliable.

These guys were great! It was a team of 3 I contracted with to load restaurant equipment into a 26’ box truck. They were on time, courteous, fast and efficient. The original bid was for 6 hours and they completed it in less than half that amount. I would absolutely use them again!

College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving was nothing short of amazing! I can’t say enough good things about them.
