One of the best moving experiences my family and I have EVER had! William was amazing to talk to on the phone, he even answered questions via text. His no nonsense attitude was refreshing and his word was true. He set a contract out for us, gave us a quote, set a date and time for our move that was on our time schedule, and then kept us informed about the day of move. William and his guys were polite and had wonderful southern charm you’d expect from a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ business.

Cannot recommend Home-Aid moving enough! We called a few days before the move to ask if they could help us load our pod for a move across the country, and they went above and beyond any competitors. What made them stand out is that they were very personable, responsive, and straightforward. On the moving day, William and Michael arrived on time - even called beforehand to make sure everything was on schedule - got straight to work, and helped us make the most of our space.

I CAN NOT say enough about my moving experience with HomeAid Moving. From the first phone call, to the last goodbye, my experience has been nothing but 5 stars. Since my husband was in the military, we moved a lot and this was my first civilian move. I hated moving because of the chaos that would await on the other end of the move, but this one was the polar opposite. William was so professional, honest and had timely communication. If he said he was going to do something, he did it.

Smooth as butter! From booking to the move, William was very professional and kept in constant contact. I had a sectional that needed to picked up in Nashville and delivered to my house plus some rearranging of furniture at my house too. During the move Tanner and William kept everything clean, made sure not to damage anything, and were very prompt for pick up. Everything was wrapped in blankets and plastic to ensure no damage. They made it look soooo easy, I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
