Poor customer service...several items were damaged during the move. A claim was filed and 4 calls made and still no response from the Madison Heights branch.

I had the worst service ever from this company, they sent me two unprofessional guys who didn’t know how to pack my stuff it took them longer hours to finish and they damaged my couch from the bottom and they damaged my bedroom dresser and the TV stand they scratched it from one end to another They didn’t even wrap my furniture before moving saying that their company didn’t provide them with plastic wraps to protect our furniture they used a very very old box all ripped to put my TV in it and at the end they…
I had used college hunks to remove/donate bedroom furniture. It was explained to me on the phone that the gentleman picking up the furniture would do everything in their power to consolidate the furniture being taken, so as to utilize all of the space, saving money. They all but laid the items stretched out to overcharge. It was ridiculous, and I could have done a better job doing it myself.

The move itself was efficient and quick...but not without damage to a couple pieces of furniture, missing hardware for my dining table, missing power cord for my television. I've contacted customer service and it's been two weeks since I sent a claim with photos and no further response. Very disappointing.

I unfortunately selected College Hunks to move our items 1.1 miles to our new home. The team leader was very professional and polite. The good review unfortunately ends there. During the move, a 5’ framed wall mirror, entertainment stand, and baby crib were damaged beyond repair in the short distance. The crew pointed out that they had broken the mirror, which was unfortunate but I understood. I then had to mention to them that they had completely broken a leg off the entertainment stand once I noticed it.

If I could put zero stars I would. I very rarely negatively review businesses, but my experience with College Hunks was abhorrent and their response was unacceptable. I recently moved and required some larger items moved, one of those items being a recently bought refrigerator. The team moved everything, I tipped for their service, and they left. Within a half hour of the team leaving it was pointed out to me that the front house door was dented and heavily damaged.

Hired them for a move from Shelby to Sterling Heights. They arrived on time which was great and seemed like nice enough guys. Unfortunately, being nice doesn't equate to doing a good job. Every. Single. Piece of furniture they moved was broken and/or damaged and I'm not talking about a little scratch here or there. Handles were bent, the side of a brand new dining room table appears to have been dragged across the truck or ground as it was completely ground down below several layers of paint.
We apologize for the inconvenience you had with our service. The one thing we pride ourselves in is customer service and the fact it was broken during you move is inexcusable. Our employees told us that all your items were padded they mentioned they used every pad we they except for a few a few…
First of all, I they arrived over an hour early to my appointment, but since they were so early, I wasnt home and wouldnt be until the time of my appointment. The head mover on the phone seemed peeved with me, but I was not given a window to be ready, but made a particular appointment. Then the movers made a mess of my boxes and items.

We had a terrible experience with Two Men and a Truck and hope your team continues to expand. The 3 Gentlemen (Tim, Joe, and Joe) were courteous, contentious, and professional. Tim and Nick helped me move from an apartment to a house. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and their speed. The whole move was under three hours! The price was also an incredible deal. Other moving companies quoted nearly twice as much. My only complaint is that they didn't put my bed frame together correctly - when they took it apart they loosened some screws that should have been left alone, which resulted in my bed frame falling apart.

I live in California and had to arrange to empty a storage unit of old business records in Oakland County Michigan. I selected College Hunks Hauling because of high google ratings for Oakland County branch. They lived up to high google scores. Easy to book - contacted me day before and morning of with confirmations and updates on arrival. The young men who came to do the hauling were on time, polite and helpful.

I called another company first. Left several messages and never got a return call. I called College, immediately was connected to a very polite woman who discussed various options and prices. We needed a large fridge moved from our Garage to our basement and possibly having them remove an old fridge and freezer chest from the basement. After going through the options, it made sense for them to do everything. They were able to schedule us as soon as the next day but we opted to schedule for another day.
