Juggernauts Moving

They were 3 hours late. They packed my moving van very poorly. I had boxes stacked up to the ceiling with no tie downs. Many boxes shifted and fell during my move. Many items broken, some irreplaceable. The owner said he would make it right by refunding my money, but didn't. He stopped responding. Stay away! Update: since their response to my initial review, I still have never received my refund or heard from them! Very unprofessional.

We used this company for help loading 4 rooms of furniture into a U-Haul. The morning of the move, the crew arrived 10 minutes late. A little communication on delays would’ve gone a long way. The crew that showed up was different than who I was told would be showing up which now in hindsight feels like a last minute subcontractor was sent to us. Ray was professional in introducing himself and shaking our hands.

BEWARE!!!!! They added in extra charges at the very end that we didn’t notice until after we’d paid. I’ve been trying to contact them for over a week now and I’m being completely ignored. We ended up paying almost $2000 for 5 hours of work. In addition to these extra charges, they broke my coffee table and got mud on half of my furniture. I’ve also found scratches and other damage to multiple pieces of furniture.

I requested movers in April, 2025. I was sent 3 guys to my home to move large furniture to a storage unit near by. I had multiple issues with these movers and the “owner” (not sure if its the owner or manager). The first issue which isnt a huge deal, they had no care about my home walking inside with their dirty shoes on my carpet (again i didnt care too much but it was still unprofessional).

I had used Juggernauts for a project in the past. There was a issue but Robert made it right. I decided to use him once more at my office. I can not say the same for this experience. I had made a schedule to get the estimate done I was stood up once more. He stated that there was a problem so we rescheduled They came out to give the estimate on the rescheduled date and time. We made a plan to get the job done, Date and Time scheduled. I was at the location to assist with the job and once more was stood up.

Would not recommend this service . TLDR: they didn’t do what they said they would , avoided moving the heavy stuff and ghosted me the next day when they said they would come back leaving me in a lurch . When booking I reviewed the size of my home; number of bedrooms, sq footage and that I was concerned that I had a full gym in my basement . And specifically that I can not move the gym equipment myself .

Background: I was in a 1 bedroom apartment and just needed help with a dining room table, a couch, and a bedroom set. Everything was disassembled for the movers upon half hour late arrival. Everything went well with physically moving my stuff besides the movers breaking the leg off of my 1 year old $2300 couch and one of the two movers spending at least 30 minutes super glueing it back together then removing super glue from hands in my sink.

Found this company on Groupon, called and spoke with Rob. I was told I didn’t have to purchase the Groupon and the price would still be honored. We set a time and date. I was told the movers would arrive between 2 and 3. At approximately 2:40 I received a call saying they were running late on another move and wanted to reschedule for the next day. I took off work specially for this reason, after explaining that, I was told they would arrive at approximately 4. They never showed or called.
