Morse movers picked up my stuff on time as planned. June 26th, 2021 did a great job and were quick- SO I THOUGHT. They don't tell you that they are taking your stuff to some huge warehouse to sit until they can fill a semi truck with other people's goods to send to your same destination.

I needed movers specifically to move a baby grand piano along with some personal belongings. Preferred Moving was booked and referred me to Morse. At first, they were very kind and accommodating. Then, they needed me to change my move from a Saturday to a Monday. I am a teacher and it was the last week of school. After being very rude to me, they had the owner call and ask if I could do Monday afternoon. I did. The movers arrived at 3pm.

Worst Moving Experience Ever – Stay Away from Morse Movers 1. Bait-and-Switch Estimate: Emily came in person and gave us a non-binding estimate, but the final cost was inflated once the movers arrived. 2. Dishonest Tactics: Eric and his crew were openly discussing how to pad the bill by adding four extra hours for no reason. 3. Unprofessional Staff: One elderly worker took forever just to pack the kitchen — dragging the job out to increase charges. 4.

I do not recommend using this company. The initial sales pitch was great and they made it sound like my move would be easy and stress free (a modest amount of already boxed items, moving to a new location about an hour and a half away). On the day of my scheduled move no one showed up. I made multiple calls before reaching my move “coordinator” who told me that the driver was not coming and I was not moving that day!

Wow, should have waited till the move was finished. Working with them started off great, they were very professional and tried to make the entire process as painless as possible. Then the truck came, it was a third party, very unprofessional - during the unloading the driver was constantly taking phone calls and they were complaining about having to unload the truck. In the end, the truck leaked and numerous boxes got wet.

Morse Moving & Storage was recommended by my senior move manager. My decision to hire Morse was the worst decision I’ve ever made. I’m a senior citizen and this was a downsizing move. I hired ReatT Simplistic senior move managers to perform packing and unpacking services. I hired Morse Moving & Storage to move three rooms of furniture including – dissemble and reassemble one bed – move pre-packed crates and wardrobes – no appliances were included in the move.

We ended up with Morse through Allied Van Lines. What a nightmare this turned into because eof their "moving coordinator" Tracey. Every single thing we were promised by Allied was botched on her end. The pickup date was changed, costing us more money because we'd be 1300 miles away amd had to pay someone to drive an hour each way to be there for pickup. Then the day of the movers showed up an hour and a half after scheduled time, forcing that person to wait.

We recently moved and used Morse and we will NOT be recommending them to anyone. The coordinators at Morse broke one of the most important rules in business: always under-promise and over-deliver. We were promised delivery of our belongings 3 days after pickup. Instead, they botched the most crucial aspect of this business, logistics, and couldn't fulfill that promise after taking our belongings. We ended up waiting 8 days for our stuff...
