We had a horrible experience with this company during our move in August. Our dining room hutch was destroyed. It wasn’t wrapped with care, though the movers claimed that was how they were suppose to move it. We also heard the crew talking among themselves saying that it actually fell over in the truck. Our child's crib was destroyed. Only the back of the crib was removed, so three sides were kept together for transport and pressure from other items snapped it. This was just lazy of them.
Samantha, We always aim to provide exceptional service and truly apologize for the challenges you faced during your move. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. For the damages we were aware of, we reimbursed you twice the amount based on your chosen protection coverage.
Unfortunately, they showed up over an hour late without any explanation or apology. They also broke my deceased grandmother's stained glass lampshade and did not reimburse me for it.

We used college hunks to move from one house to our new house the next town over. The movers left trash behind at both houses. They weren't very careful with our things. My son's mattress got covered in some muddy-looking unidentified substance. It was wet and filthy. They didn't seal the mattress bag properly, and somehow it must have slipped out and got dirty, maybe in the truck, because the owner claims no one knows how it happened and it didn't get dropped on the ground by anyone.

College Hunks did a wonderful job of cleaning out all the trash in our garage. Amy was very nice and professional. She and Cole and Elias had the whole job done in less than half an hour.

Large franchise company, you get a call center. Cannot make a 5 minute call, instead a questionnaire with a person that cannot speak clear English.
Customer service representative was rude when I stated I am not interested in services. He tried to over talk me them hung up on me.

Can't explain in enough words to tell you their service from scheduling,to punctual arrival time,to the 2 movers Owen & JC how careful they were with all my furniture & boxes plus wrapping of all delicate things with blankets and tape. They were very professional,polite & moved everything efficiently & with care.I will definitely use them again & recommend them here and to anyone who asks for a great moving company. Very pleased with the service provided by college hunks hauling junk. The local owner was very responsive and helpful. The team that showed up, Cole and Kyle, was good about explaining cost options and worked very quickly. They were also friendly and professional which is always appreciated. I have worked with this office 2 times. The first time was in December for an apartment to storage move. My team was Joseph and I believe JC. They were on time and very courteous. They moved the items quickly and were able to work with my smaller unit size when unloading into storage. I was worried about my couch being heavy, but JC pretty much shocked me by lifting parts on his own. The second time was moving my items from storage in MA all the way home to Ohio.
