In their own words
The guys that helped us move were nice and did a good job, however they did take longer than expected and that ran up the price some. I also did not even think about tipping so that was an extra cost I just didn't think about at the time also but I was happy to tip. I did however find out a little over a week later that my large tv had been damaged. I was delayed in using the TV because it took awhile for my internet to get turned on and we stream everything at my house.

Where to begin. First of all, I originally scheduled the appointment to be between 12-2 because no one was going to be home before then. I get that jobs take less time than other and whatnot. But I was at a training for work and my wife is at work and we get a call that someone is coming to our house at 10:45. I kindly asked them if they could come back during our allotted time because no one was going to be there to tell them what to do or what to take.
Lyndsey Stuart, Our team strives to deliver a 5-star experience for our customers and we are truly sorry that this was not the case for you. We will address this matter internally with our team, but please feel free to reach out to us anytime to discuss this matter further.
DO NOT give these people your business. The franchise owner, Eric, and the operations manager, Travis, are disingenuous at best. They charged an exorbitant amount per moving blanket when they loaded our U-Haul truck on Thursday, July 20th …
Cooper Edgington, We always strive to provide our customers with the best service possible and we’re truly sorry we did not leave you completely satisfied. We tried to contact you without success and we did go ahead and refund half of the moving pads as agreed upon.
Was an overall disappointment. We are two parents that work full time and have a newborn so when it turned out we had to move we chose college hunks to help us pack some of our house up to save time. They came over and gave us a quote and …

I wish I could rate 0 stars. Very disappointed this company wasted my afternoon. I had an appointment time set for 2pm-4:45pm. I received email confirmations that everything was set. Here we are the day of my move. I received 3 calls at …

My boxes were stacked up and ready to be moved out with a dollie to save time and the movers instead carried them out one at a time. I also asked them to place a work bench in my storage area first to make room for the other tools and …

Your drivers that look like they couldn't pass UA to save their lives are awful drivers. Gonna be a fun lawsuit for your company someday.

In their own words
If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! From start to finish, my experience with College HUNKS was outstanding. A huge shoutout to Robert, JJ, and Carson. They were the definition of what H.U.N.K.S. stands for: Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, and Service-oriented. They arrived on time, treated my belongings with incredible care, worked efficiently, and maintained a positive attitude the entire day.

I used College Hunks for my recent move and was really impressed. The crew showed up on time, worked hard the entire time, and handled everything with care. They wrapped furniture, protected doorways, and didn’t waste a minute. Super polite and respectful too. Pricing was clear with no surprise fees. Made a stressful day way easier. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone moving in the Wichita area.

Extremely satisfied with the superb work of Robert, Brandon, and Quentin! They were also very appreciative that we had most everything arranged and ready to load up. This made them incredibly efficient with our move! We had a weird situation where we needed to load a POD, and have items moved into a storage locker with getting our items weighed. They took great care in our items and ensuring our home wasn't damaged. These guys were Tetris masters and used all available space. Would highly recommend this team!
Brian Brammer, Thank you for taking the time to share your wonderful review. Our team works diligently to provide our customers the best junk hauling and moving experiences. Reviews such as yours help provide them with encouragement to keep doing what they are doing.
I very rarely leave reviews, but I could not recommend Lance and Jason enough for your moving needs! I was expecting three guys for three hours, but these two crushed it in about an hour! Even though my apartment was on the second story, and it was one of the hottest days in Wichita for the year, they were super fast, polite, and efficient about how everything was moved. They worked hard from start to finish of the move, and I would be sure to request them again in the future!
Thank you for the feedback, Riley Turner! Our movers at College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Wichita are trained to make every move stress-free, from careful packing to safe truck loading and unloading. We’re glad we could make your moving day easier.
