It’s a shame zero stars isn’t a rating. 1. On April 5, 2020 Website says they are wearing gloves and masks during this time of Covid -19 for protection. Really??? Invisible ones? 2. Crew was slow and lacked skills in packing a truck. Poor judgement meant not all items could even be loaded. The time it’s has taken other companies to move the same house full of furniture in the past took many more hours and multiple items were damaged or broken. 3. The costs quoted were not what was charged.
Ilene and her son Daniel Greenwell are con artists. The whole point of this post was to set up an charge-back with their bank. Basically they want to receive free labor services. After filing an claim with PayPal, which was denied, they went to their bank and filed a fraudulent charge-back claim.
Update: Please do not use the ethics card when you did not get my business. I pay for the labor, not the color of your skin. You are unprofessional for even texting me with your remarks.

We had to move a loved one’s belonging at the last minute on a humid Sunday afternoon which was not ideal; one moving company we called simply told us “Good luck!” Ron, however, was ready and willing to help us even though it was literally at the last minute. He was prompt, courteous, respectful of belongings as was his fellow mover Brandon. Ron was also affordable and did not try to take advantage of us even though a lot of other movers probably would have tried.
