AWFUL!!! Very unprofessional. They hire thieves. Had several items stolen and they turned a blind eye. Would not even return my calls. Granted the contract states they are not responsible. But the company would not hear me out or take a good long look at the men who moved me. They should be fired and the company should have returned my call. PERIOD!!! Advice to the public, hire 2 Men and a Truck!!!
Movers showed up an hour and a half early. Mind you I'm 8 months pregnant and have a small child so I was not prepared for them. Was told by office staff that she didn't have to have them come help me move. Received 10% off which didn't do anything. Was charged for the first hour of them taking personal calls and sitting in their truck. They broke the legs off my dresser and damaged a lot of my furniture.
It’s a shame I can’t give negative star….First they claimed there was no 2nd TV, then manager comes to the house to see the damage King Bed that their crew damaged and he said they left the 2nd 40 inch Sony tv in the closet!!! The crew didn’t know that they needed to bring- really??? What does this say? DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.
just dropped a large package off and refused to take it back when we said it didn't belong here. When asked to come and pick it back up the person on the phone was rude and said that all he was there to do was drop it off and nothing else and cant come and get it back
I had scheduled my move with this company, and two days before my move was scheduled I received a call stating that their driver had an emergency and they would not be able to move me. There was no attempt made for them to try and schedule …
Poor management..forgets to tell movers things then yells at you! Guys doing the move were good but I will not recommend in future!
The dispatch team needs more training. They booked a load to pick up a 40' shipping container with a box truck. That's smart

Complete Moving was referred to me by Volusia County Court Management who has used Complete Moving in the past. I contacted Mary at Complete Moving and she coordinated a schedule for them to move a very large/heavy antique desk and table/chairs. The movers arrived on time and were incredibly efficient and professional. They protected the furniture (and glass tops) and were easily done within 2 hours.
