Overview - DO NOT hire this company. Please. I’m begging you. This company does not keep their word. —————————- UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENTS: This is an outright lie. End of story. They have told me that they will do nothing for me regarding the damages, despite them telling me I would be covered if ANYTHING happened. It shows you what kind of company they are. They don’t try to address their mistakes or help their customers. They are too busy having people respond to their many negative reviews with lies.

DO NOT USE! OUR ITEMS STOLEN!! If I could give them a zero I would. We hired this company in July on 2024 for a move from California to Florida and we haven’t received our items yet! They hired Frankie who picked up our items and continued to tell us lies about delays. They are now under a new name “Safe Hands Relocation”. We have a police report open and will continue to try and get our items. Please connect with me if you have any details on this organization. We are good people and just want our items back.
The owners of this company refuse to refund deposits even when customers are clearly entitled to them. I was told, “we’d be more than happy to give you your money back,” but that promise was later denied and I was told only billing could …
My relocation went horribly wrong. They held my possessions hostage for an absurd ransom, lost and destroyed goods, and were utterly unprofessional. I would not suggest them to my worst enemy because of their poor communication.
This is a Moving Broker, I totally regret using them, Never, I mean never use a broker, go right to a company that handles the entire move for you. This company took almost $4000.00 from me and turned me over to a local mover and took no responsibility for the move after turning me over. The original cost was around 6500 for the move by the time we got done the move cost me over $16000.00. Always have the mover come to do the inventory and provide you a real quote.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! I moved from California to Tennessee and this has been a total nightmare. I was told that because this was over 2000 mile move they had 21 business days to deliver. When that date came and went, I was told that I asked for 30 day storage (I didn't) and they "gave" that to me for free. When I called to demand answers I was shuffled around between several different people and then they just ignored me and stopped taking my calls.
I would not recommend using United American Moving and Storage. I am still waiting for my items to arrive, they were picked up over three weeks ago and have not even left the warehouse. Their communication has been terrible throughout this whole process. I was passed along from sales rep, to coordinator to customer service and Brandon in customer service has been rude to me over the phone on the phone and has provided me 0 help.

BOOK WITH THE ACTUAL COMPANY! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Another company tried to warn me about them, but I didn’t listen and went with the “cheaper” option. It ended up being the exact price as the other company who had their own trucks. Roxy, Brandon, Mike - HORRIBLE. Roxy will actually talk to you like she isn’t at work and text your phone like you’re arguing with an ex-friend. I would be so disappointed if my employees acted the way she does towards customers. BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
