If you’re looking for something nice look elsewhere. For starters it’s not in the best area. There is a gate that is supposed to be closed after every entry but has been open 24/7 so your stuff is not secure at all. Our first month renting here we showed up randomly to get something out of our storage and our door was completely open… it was in the middle of the day around 3-4 o’clock and the front office did not notify us at all. Luckily we went to storage that day.

Used them for about 2 years and within the time I've been there they've switched management over too many times as well as rent increasements with no facility improvements. Made a payment on my unit online through they're portal and it was successful on my banks end. Devon's storage lost payment in their system and refuse to look for it. Threatening to add a lien fee as well as me paying another payment of what I already paid plus the new months payment. Overlocked my belongings.

All my belongings were stolen! Yea where do I even start with this place. When I first booked it was with a company called cube smart and within less than 2 weeks I was told that it was now Devon storage. Ok so why wasn’t this told to me when I moved in? I was overseas for 5 months and spent the first half of my time trying to figure out new contracts and transferring automatic payment options. Very deceptive. I come back after 5 months and everything in my locker was stolen!

So this Briana "manager" lacks the people skills it takes to b successful on any level i feel targeted since the day I arrived to move my stuff I sell alot on marketplace an different platforms she rudely opened my door in between pics an snarled telling me to cut to the office like im supposed to going to the principals office first off im grown an older than u by far so respect is require wen u deal with me.

I did not like the service, the high price it was overall a very horrible experience. I would NEVER EVER use their services again. Each month that I was there they added a late fee when I tried repeatedly to pay my bill. They would wait until the day after the 5 days grace period and then call me regarding my account. I travel for work & they aren't in Mexico so I would have to pay that extra $20. I am done with this company they are shady😠😠🤬 this small space $70 a month ridiculous.

Maranda she is the worst store manager ever. Never knew they could put someone like this a store manager in Orlando.. and to be honest she do not deserve a one-star she deserve a zero star which is nothing.. my things got stolen and that lady treated me like s*** like I had done something to her why was she mad at me

Dishonest and unprofessional. Make you buy their lock for 20$ during move in and the worthless insurance for extra 15$ a month. On the day you move out even thought you moved out on the last day of your contract, will charge you an extra …
