The most bizarre phone call I’ve had. They don’t have prices of storage units listed on the website so you have to contact them. I called and the person who answered had a very irritated tone, fluctuating his voice sounding like he had a major attitude. Instead of being helpful, or at the bare minimum professional, I had to scramble around the website to find the dimensions of the units I was getting a quote for. It felt like more of an interrogation than getting a quote.
The 1st lady I dealt with, Jen, was very nice from the get go. Took her time to show us the units and was a sweetheart. Then there's this monster there named Sue Jeffries and she is the meanest lady. …
My friend's belongings got mildewed and they refused to do anything about it because she didn't take out insurance. Isn't that a building and lack of air conditioning issue?
We are sorry to hear about their experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We are usually known for our exceptional customer service and we regret that we didn't live up to those expectations here. We are available for contact Monday - Saturday 8am - 6pm @ [phone removed].
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Great place for your storage needs. Very friendly and helpful staff and Shannon goes out of her way to help you. Great communication and follow up.
Shannon was a great help! Went through 3 storage places trying to find one that worked and finally came across this one. Very straight forward, clean, and at a great price.
Very polite and attentive to all my needs. Made renting a unit fast and easy! Thanks Shannon!!!
I moved out of South Daytona Storage and Offices because I found another storage place, unit much closer to New Smyrna Beach, Florida. & the new storage facility I found matched the monthly price I paid here at South Daytona Storage & Offices!!! South Daytona Storage & Offices is closed on holidays!! You physically can't get in because they literally cover the digits with a metal cover so you cannot put in your access code/s!!! NOT EVERYONE HAS BROTHER/S, SISTER/S, DAD, MUM, AUNT/S, , COUSIN/S,.+++!
