Wife booked an appointment two months ago for our Oct 1st move. Called them last week, no answer. Called last night to confirm, no answer. Recieved a text one hour before moving time saying they can't make it! Unbelievablaby unprofessional! Had to bother family and friends to help us move as no other movers were available last minute. Do not use this business unless u want to get screwed over nicely! The only thing this business is confident about is CANCELLING LAST MINUTE!!
Hello Vee and Ralph, I’m so sorry to hear about your experience and fully understand your frustration, I just checked with the entire team and non of my guys recall messaging anyone this morning about a cancellation, would love to know what number you’ve received the cancellation message from.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST MOVERS!! From start to finish.... I have used Confidence Moving multiple times, for myself and for my family. I have every time been 1000% completely satisfied! This move was for a long distance move from Lower Mainland to the Okanagan...... they were EXCEPTIONAL! Fadi and his Team are so very professional every step of the way, communication was clear and exact, very prompt (early), so respectful, efficient, hard working, loading/unloading and assembling everything at my new place, and…
Thank you so much Janice My pleasure
**Outstanding Moving Experience – Highly Recommended!** I recently hired them and couldn’t be more impressed with the service they provided. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They arrived on time, came fully prepared with all the necessary equipment, and handled everything with great care and precision. What really stood out was their attention to detail and respect for both my belongings and my home.
Thank you for your positive feedback. We are glad to hear this from you. Please do recommend our services to your family and friends.
I recently had the pleasure of hiring Confidence Moving, led by the remarkable Fadi, on extremely short notice, and I cannot express my gratitude enough for their exceptional service. From the moment I reached out to them, they displayed professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care that surpassed all expectations. Confidence Moving proved to be a true lifesaver. Despite the urgency of my move, they promptly responded to my request and showed unwavering dedication to ensuring my needs were met.
Thank you so much Taylor for the amazing review I really appreciate it 😌 …
OUTSTANDING MOVERS at very competitive pricing! Fadi is an absolute Legend! He provided EXCELLENT communication, service and professionalism from initial consultation to the final deliver! He was responsive, politely answered all my questions and phoned the day before to confirm all the details on the actual moving day. The movers arrived on time, were friendly and were extremely efficient at loading/unloading all of my belonging as well as being very careful moving heavy furniture as to not damage walls.
I really have no words to thank you Rob for this amazing review I really appreciate everything ❤️❤️
