I’m honestly so jealous everyone has had a great experience with them. We unfortunately did not. The first day, they showed up extremely late and left by 5pm. They spent all of 3 hours there. They came back the next day with 2 more guys, so 5 altogether, one person was nice, everyone else seemed annoyed. We had the two sons of the owner of this moving company there. One didn’t talk and seemed to spend a lot of time in our bathroom, and the other didn’t know answers to a lot of my questions.

Worst packers and movers ever experienced. Very unprofessional contractors hired from Conser for military move. Day 1 packed everything incorrectly, used garmet boxes for everything, did not use packing paper properly. Called QA, he entrusted it to be done correctly with driver. Driver tried, but still packed items incorrectly. Most items labeled poorly, still left several big garnet boxes full of misc items, boxes were delivered crushed along with many damaged items.

Military Move "Junior" did not know what he was doing, poor leadership and execution. AND everything that they damaged they annotated as "disassembled by owner" when we specifically did not disassemble anything to try to cover their tails. Tried to screw us over. Even things that can't physically be disassembled he wrote disassembled by owner. Very poor quality from him considering him writing that on the paperwork could have screwed us here. Make sure you request not to have this company subcontractor.

This company scheduled us for 2 days worth of packing and 1 day of loading the truck. We did not find out until 1pm on the first scheduled day of packing that it had been “cancelled”. On day 2, the movers didn’t show up on time, they only showed up after repeated calls, and then they showed up claiming they had been told the whole job was cancelled.

Some of the absolute worst service we have received. From the top to the bottom...from management Stephen, Michelle to the folks who answer the phone/coordinate Brittany, Denver. As a dual physician home, we paid for ease of move and this was exact opposite. Movers schedule to pick up our stuff 3 times and canceled 3 times the morning of the move. So picked up late. The movers they assigned: one had a respiratory issue (during COVID) not a good thing, one could barely walk ...it was terrible.

Wow we were charged an arm and a leg and the move was ANYTHING BUT EASY. As two working parents with a 3yo, we paid for a service we did not receive. Not one person actually tried to make this right. Every step of the way, it felt like people were going through motions and there was MINMAL communication among parties, leading to gigantic delays in us starting work among many other things. And no effort has been made to rectify this.

Worst experience of my life in 20 yrs of military moving, and that includes the time some of my things got wet and completely ruined. They showed up with no call, ate my food that they found in bins and left the wrappers on the floor all throughout my house. They broke a lot of my things just by the way they wrapped things! One person who was packing was more concerned about her food then packing my stuff.

I thought the packing service went well so I initially left a great review. Come to find after the delivery of my items I was missing a sound bar valued at $1k, after following up with the company they said they had no record of the item on the inventory sheet. This was true which completely exempts them of any liability for claims on damaged, missing, or stolen items.
