BEWARE insanely unprofessional. BROKE my 65” LG tv and irate owner calls screaming over the phone talking down on me and refusing to do an insurance claim or replace it. Company appears professional online, but had two guys show up in a U-Haul rental stinking of weed. Which that parts whatever they were cool guys overall. But the professionalism doesn’t exist. They didn’t tape any of my drawers even upon me offering drawers fell out of the dressers mid move leaving the stuff inside all on the floor of the truck.
We take all feedback seriously, but we need to clarify some inaccuracies in your review. You booked our services at the last minute, and while we always strive to accommodate our customers, the tight timeline presented some challenges.
By far the worst moving experience ever! Appt was scheduled for 9-10 am, movers didn't show up until 11:30. When they did arrive, they both smelled like marijuana and one guy was even wearing crocs! I had to ask him to change his shoes after they caused him to fall several times. They managed to drop every piece of furniture they touched and seem to have little care about my property. Even worse, I prepaid for 3 hrs and they 'mostly' completed the job in 1hr 45 min.

Stole a gun, magazines plus a few other items. We’re hired through u-haul and needless to say I called the sheriff, u-haul and letting you guys know who they are. Thieves * Owner or whomever in charge of business replied it was not them. If your name is Devon D... ( nI refuse to blast your name online) and your number ends in 0978 it was your team. Might not be you sir but you carry responsibility on who you hire. And you hired thieves.

The experience was not similar to what I discussed with the person who scheduled the move with me. I was so surprised by the experience that I referenced the company’s website the next day, and what is outlined on the website confirms I indeed had an experience that was divorced from the described service. I had made a reservation for movers to help unload a U-Haul on Monday morning, August 2. The movers were Pro Touch Movers. Agreed upon window of arrival was between 8 and 9 AM. I emailed them two days in advance to confirm the time and got a confirmation email. By 9:30 AM on Monday morning, nobody had showed up. I tried calling twice and got a voicemail both times. I then got a text from hire a helper that asked me to click a link to do a survey.
We were not the company that was originaly booked to help her she has us mixed up with another 3rd party company. We never received this booking.
Took a while for someone to contact me about my move And then when I was contacted they said I had book for two more hours. Ended up having to move ourselves and my mom, my boyfriend and me ( pregnant ) with small children at hand was able to unload within 45 mins / hour. Four hours to move was not necessary unless they move extremely slow

I called them for a quote. The gentleman never showed up to do the walk through and haven’t heard from them since I made the appointment...no call, no show literally. I’m not sure how they have such good reviews when you can’t even bother to follow through on a quote.
I called customer multiple times and no one picked on the same day no one picked up! You have to pick up the phone When we call!

I recently hired movers to help me with a move, and I have to say I was very impressed with their service. They were incredibly professional from start to finish, and they showed up right on time ready to get to work. Throughout the moving process, the movers were courteous, efficient, and careful with all of my belongings. They took the time to wrap and pack everything securely, and they made sure to communicate with me every step of the way to ensure that everything was going according to plan.

Efficient and reliable. Good communicators. On time. Didn’t break our stuff. Reasonable pricing. Basically, all the things you want from a moving company. Highly recommend! EDIT: It is the day after our move. We moved in the day before Thanksgiving. My husband was sick with a cold during the move, and still is sick today. Devon sent a crew of 6, including himself, to do the job. I still stand by everything I said about them being on-time and reliable.

We moved out of a 3rd floor apartment into a townhome that has a 2nd floor & these guys killed it. They were so fast/efficient, idk how they did it in this heat, but they clearly have a system & work well together. Communication was good - called me to confirm time/place the day before & allowed me to direct them of where to move things on moving day. They were all super friendly & worked hard the whole time.

From our first phone call with Destiny, to the arrival of Brandon, Sean, Q and Tristan on March 26th, EVERYTHING went as smoothly as possible. These people are ABSOLUTELY the very BEST! Seriously, this company truly does live up to their name of PRO TOUCH MOVERS. This journey started at 9:55 am ( YES, they were EARLY) in Fleming Island, FL and the FOUR MAN TEAM were in total control. Extremely efficient and amazingly friendly. The guys worked until after 7:00 pm concluding this project down in Palm Coast, FL.
