In their own words
Movebright moved us cross country. We hired them for a complete private move and paid premium for a private truck and air-controlled storage due to allergies. They damaged over 40 items, with damage alone valued in our opinion in thousands of dollars!!! They offered us under $399 as a resolution compensation. Additionally, our items were commingled with others (after promising that it would not happen on the truck or storage and charging us extra for it).
Alek, Thank you so much for your business. While we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, we are in an industry where that is extremely difficult to do. We apologize for the mix up with your items left in storage and any inconvenience that may have caused.
The crew was late on arrival. They couldn’t make the move within expected time frame, that caused extra expense. crew members were very slow and didn’t follow any requests wherever I wanted to put things. The broke my couch back rest, broke corner of my shoe rack, bed frame scratches and they didn’t install my king bed properly. When they installed the bed used only one screw in 2 corners, bed is not sturdy and I don’t know where are the other screw. I had to buy and install.

The worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I’ve moved three times in the past three years after I sold my home I moved from Atlanta to Jacksonville and move from one rental to another until I bought my home. That’s when I ran into Movebright do not use their packing services, and their moving services are even worse they destroyed artwork, drug furniture on concrete. Ruined several pieces. These people are not professional.

I'm a bit late in posting this, but we had a FANTASTIC experience with the crew that helped us from Move Bright in February. We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom and they had everything out of our old place and into the new one in under 3 hours! They showed up right at the start of the arrival window given to me, eager and ready to work. The guys were so friendly and extremely careful with handling all of our stuff.
