Convenient Movers

Two movers showed up, we asked politely to let us clear some things in the room. They left in their truck and never came back. We called and texted them with no response. We ended up having to move the large furniture's ourselves! If they knew they couldn’t wait. Why not communicate it? Rather than just leaving with no response. Very unprofessional. You don’t treat customers like that. I wouldn’t use this company again. (Edit) 1. The house didn’t have any odor. They were only in one room. 2.

Used to move my business items, found that they had attempted to steal multiple small items by hiding them in boxes I had not originally placed them in, and it was like dealing with children telling them what needed to go where repeatedly. Loudmouth and obnoxious employees. Poor management, service, and attitudes. Damaged multiple items and showed no concern when confronted about it. Will be hearing from my lawyer. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS.

UPDATE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!!!! The owner’s response below will also include why this company is shady. To the owners response: 1) I was given NO contract to sign, he only wrote the terms via text, and I told him BEFORE the move I would NOT pay $3,400 in cash as he requested. We also started the conservation for the move TWO WEEKS prior.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. There were 3 movers that came to move me and 1 of them smelled like liquor. I noticed that he fell twice while moving my things and asked the other worker was he okay, he said yes. Once I went to check to see if everything was on the truck, my room smelled like liquor. We went to my storage and I called the company to let them know what was going on, no answer and they sent a text back. They loaded my other things and the same guy was stumbling everywhere while doing that.

Worst experience I ever had with movers… Im taking them to small claims court. 1. They were all literally people in recovery (addicts) hard stuff. 2. They tried to manipulate me & say they don’t get paided to do the work 3-4 times and wanted a tip. Claiming all went to the boss. 3. They scratched up my 3000$ table. And my 2000$ kiln and various other expensive items… 4. Zero communication other than them showing up randomly. 5. I told the guys I would tip if they did a good job.

Originally they were supposed to be there at 1:15. I get a call about an hour prior saying they wouldn’t be there until 2:30pm. THEY DIDN’T GET THERE UNTIL 6:30!! I got no calls from them saying they were going to be late until way later. I spoke with their boss and she was trying to get ahold of them for hours. My dad who had back surgery about a year back started moving everything including all my living room furniture and all the boxes from my kitchen and bathroom.

I would give these people zero stars if I could. We booked them for a minimal packing and mostly a loading job in preparation for our move in OKC which they had confirmed. They flaked on us at the last moment without any prior notice and with no communication at all. When we tried contacting them on the number listed it kept going to voicemail with no replies from their end. Terrible company with zero work ethic or accountability.

This company does not deserve a 1 star, I wouldn’t bother using Convenient Movers for your moving needs, they are very unprofessional….first they stated that they were running late ( & that was okay) and then 45 minutes later they CANCELLED my entire move at the last hour that I had a chance to move out of my apartment… this was sick & beyond stressful. Don’t give this company a chance with your trust.
