The rating breakdown
0 of the 30 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Cooney Piano Services are one or two star.
Worked out from 30 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Lafayette
3.5 percentage points lower than the middle of the 11 listings in Lafayette we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Kevin was very prompt, knowledgeable, and communicated well throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend!
Hannah, Thanks so much for having me out! It's always great to see your family and we home their love of music continues to grow.
My goodness! I would give 6 stars if we could! What a nice, professional, friendly, pleasant fellow Kevin is! My husband and I were very pleased, indeed! He's just the kind of person you are happy to welcome into your home. (Sometimes, that can be a concern, of course) AND, obviously beyond the personal, he TUNED our piano!!! YAY!!!!
Amy, Thank you so much for your kind words! It was wonderful to meet you and your husband, and we're so glad to hear that you're pleased with our service. We look forward to keeping your piano in great shape so you can keep making music for years to come!
Kevin at Cooney Piano Services did a great job at both moving and tuning a piano that was new to us (over 50 yrs old!). He looked over the piano and gave us a quote before we arranged the moving details and gave us a transparent and helpful review of the piano! His review gave us confidence that this piano was a great fit for our home! He was professional and accommodating to find a time to arrange the transportation and the tuning. Thank you Cooney Piano Services!
Cathryn, It was great to be a part of this process for your family! Thanks for sharing your vision for the space; we look forward to hearing about the gatherings and how … More
What an absolutely phenomenal experience! My grandmother's upright lived through hurricane Hugo, spent years in humid beach weather (SC), and moved up to Indiana with me. Kevin worked his magic to tune, repair, and get the piano to play beautifully again. He was friendly, informative, and my goodness the pricing was beyond reasonable. I highly suggest using their services for your piano tuning and repair needs.
Kathrine, it was great to meet you and your family! Thank you for your kind words, it was my pleasure to welcome you to the area and help you start making music in your new home.
