Ever watched that scene from the movie "Pretty Woman" where Julia Roberts is completely disregarded or taken seriously by the salesmen based off of her looks? Well that is the exact way me and my fiancé were made to feel upon entering Cooper piano. From the start, I felt like an inconvenience to the salesman and given that there were ZERO customers in the store and five salesmen, including one woman with a snide look on her face, just sitting around, that is quite ridiculous.
GREAT selection? Absolutely. Customer service? Lacking. Next door to Cooper Piano, there’s a Yahama distributor, and the sales associates there are incredibly friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable! 😊 …

While the selection is ok, the staff at this location are awfully rude. Unless you are 100% interested in purchasing a piano it is in your best interest to not show up.

We had a 5-star experience from start to finish. Kyle was super knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect piano for our home. Robbie and Tom made delivery easy. They showed up on time. They were friendly and efficient. They were very careful with the piano and our home. Highly recommend Cooper Piano!
We needed our Queen Anne Baby Grand piano moved. Obviously we were seeking a trustworthy, professional, and careful team to make this move for us. That’s exactly what Cooper Piano provided. From the beginning, speaking to Leigh Ann to inquire about and schedule the move, we were treated so courteously and respectfully, with utmost professionalism. Our questions were answered thoughtfully and thoroughly.

Cooper Piano rocks! They really helped me out today by comping me a replacement piano part that was lost by our movers this morning. In addition to the helpfulness I experienced at Cooper Piano today, we had a great experience purchasing our upright piano from them about a year ago. We were able to buy a used starter piano (it sounds awesome) from them at a great price. I highly recommend you visit this place whether you are in the market for a starter piano or a concert piano.
Tyrus, we always want you to feel well taken care of and satisfied with your piano, so we were happy to replace the missing part for you. I'm glad that you enjoyed buying your piano with us so much that you came back and chose us move it.
For about a year, I was considering upgrading my portable Roland FP30 to a more advanced digital piano. I found Cooper Piano one day while driving by in the area. Kyle and the rest of his team were professional and welcoming from the second I walked into the store. This was one of the most significant instrument purchases I've ever made, and I was given the chance to play and compare numerous instruments for many hours over multiple days and was never rushed into making any decisions.
