I was highly disappointed. While this was a military move I felt this company were disrespectful to my personal property. Employees hired by a company are representatives of the company...small or large company, the business has a responsibility on who they hire and how they train them. I have traveled around the world for over 20 years, moved 8 times to different countries & cities in the US. I have never suffered this much damage from a moving company.
The worst packers and Loaders ever we had in 17years of military life. Packers were ladies but especially one of them whose name was Candice did not care about anything. So many broken stuff and everything was not wrapped which things were should be wrapped with papers. I almost cut my fingers with knife because of that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Come to find out that one of the loaders were tested positive on COVID and one of the staff refused to wear mask. We told him couple times yet he still wasn't listening!
Absolutely by far the worst “professional” packing and least amount of “care” of our things, was provided. The contact with the office and the driver were great, other than that, I would never recommend this company to pack or move again.
James was my mover, he seemed to be under the influence, multiple items were cracked. I will be never using this company again.

We recently completed our 14th military move. We’ve never had such a good experience. There were 3 Cornerstone crews: first crew—the packers, the second crew—the inventory specialist and the loaders, the third crew—the unloaders. All of them were wonderful. Everyone we met was so friendly and worked sooo hard (and in the heat wave). All were punctual, efficient, and quick! The packers were done by 4, the loaders by 2, the unloaders by noon.
ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL COMPANY!!! They had just finished our move, and this was THE BEST military move ever. They had taken great care of our belongings, and for the first time, we had no damages!!!. Roberto and his crew were very accomodating and patient with my spouse during the move. Very respectful, carrying and professional service! I highly recommend them to anyone, and we are definately going to request this company during next move. Hands down, they are putting competition to shame. Thank you for good work!
We moved from VA to NC and I called Cornerstone after being swindled by a different moving "broker" (in my defense, I thought I was calling a different company - not the moving broker). After dumping the other company, I called Caleb at Cornerstone, explained my situation - I had to be packed and moved out that week. He made it happen. Smitty, James, and all the folks who packed, moved, and unpacked were hard working and detailed. Not one scratch. Not one missing piece. Not one complaint.
We had a last minute office furniture move, so we understood that we would have a hard time finding someone within two days. Left messages for 3 companies and when I called Cornerstone, got a live voice :) Fortunately, they were able to fit us in. They arrived promptly at the pick up and drop off location. The men loading were friendly, proficient and professional. And they can pack a truck = every inch was filled.
