Not a fan. This facility has changed hands a couple times in the past few years, so I can't put all the blame on the current ownership, but several years ago there was a leak above our unit that ruined many boxes of documents. We cleaned that up, and they assured me they'd fix the leak. Well, last month their roof leaked again, and ruined more boxes of documents. I emailed their support address for help, and didn't get any response.

Horrible place on 2333 South state St.! I went there, they never said there were a smaller size than 5x10 and sold me that storage… after I paid for it, I discovered they DID have a 5x5 two Miles from them and they never told me!! Instead? They’ve charged me $211 dollars for administration fee, lock and insurance (and that’s when they say 40% off for two months)… When I realized I was mislead, less than 24 hours I went back (I was waiting by the door t for them to open) and ask to be transferred to the other cube…

My fiancé unit got flooded and they didn’t call her to let her know. It was only a fluke that we happened to go by to drop some things off that we found out. Water everywhere! Just some soggy cardboard boxes but the family in the next unit had severe damage to their belongings and the management was not being helpful to them. Just excuses.

my $160 unit has slowly risen to $320! the back door code box has been broken for almost a year, so there's no entrance there. the elevator stops working for months at a time which means the stairs are the only option sometimes. the downstairs bathroom is often locked. they have no public trash. their communication is not very good. i got locked inside the back gate on NYE and none of the numbers worked for help. their remedy? never close the back gate anymore lol

The electronic door lock on the main entrance to the ground floor units has been broken for several weeks. The only functioning entrance is not directly accessible by foot or car from the ground floor entrance, making this an extremely inconvienent issue that management has not prioritized for repair.
