In their own words
I have moved several times, but this is the first time that the movers have damaged my belongings with intentional acts. There was some minor accidental damage when moving everything to storage, but the real issue was when everything was picked up at the warehouse and delivered to my new home:1) All of the wardrobe boxes were opened by the driver and the clothes dropped to the end of the wardrobes. Other boxes and loose garage items were packed in on top of the clothes.
We value your feedback and want to assure you that we are continuously working to enhance our services. We acknowledge that there were some situations that are not part of the standard of quality service we provide, however, we feel we rectified and have settled each of your concerns in full…
The worst moving company. Husband and I had a military move they packed us on 3/8/25 and it was supposed to be loaded on Monday 310/25 they moved the time up to 3/9/25 for the load out of nowhere and hardly any communication. They assured us that the delivery would be on today 3/15/25 at 8am. It is now 2:30pm and no one has called and they have not answered our calls. No communication whatsoever and we drove here with our 10yrs son and been waiting at the house all day.
Hi Dayquana - I'm sorry to hear about your move experience. No one should have to go through that. I do want to clarify that Corrigan in Pittsburgh was not involved in your move at all.
Chris and his crew did a fantastic job packing and unloading all my stuff Editing to be one Star. I had 3 TVs moved with them 2 arrived broken. My moving coordinator decided it wasn’t her problem and she wouldn’t take my call because I called at 4:55pm. Beyond disgusted with this handling
Thank you for choosing Corrigan.
Terrible shipping company. Do not trust them to deliver your property on time or budget. Do not expect them to communicate clearly or with integrity. You will regret doing business with them. There are plenty of better and more trustworthy options out there.
Using Corrigan/Mayflower in Cranberry PA was a big mistake and an awful experience. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. Moving can be stressful, and our goal is always to communicate clearly and provide professional service throughout the process.

In their own words
Ian, Mike, and James were exceptional from start to finish. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and packed our home with great care and thoughtfulness. Because we were still living in the house, they planned carefully to minimize disruption and make the process far less stressful. Gary and Kim provided outstanding customer service and coordination throughout. They were responsive, answered our questions, and made extra visits as needed to keep us reassured.
Thank you for taking the time to share your wonderful experience! We look forward to working with you again in the future.
I moved with Corrigan through their partnership with United Van Lines. Gary Piehler called me from his vacation to help me get the moving day I wanted. He also performed a virtual walk-through to inventory and organize for the move. Kim Falk served as my moving consultant and communicated with me frequently, answering questions leading up to the move. On move day, Scott Micon & Mike Hipple were efficient, professional, and personable.
Thank you for sharing your positive experience and letting us make your moving experience a great one! We hope you will consider Corrigan again in the future for all your moving and storage needs.
Corrigan Moving Systems completely exceeded my expectations, thanks to the exceptional and professional service provided by Mike, JD, and Ryan. From start to finish, this team operated like clockwork. Every single day, they arrived promptly at or before 8:00 AM, ready to hit the ground running. Before getting started, they took the time to introduce themselves and clearly explain their roles and responsibilities, which immediately gave me peace of mind.Their work ethic is unmatched, and the entire moving process…
Hearing that your move exceeded expectations is the best compliment we could receive. Thank you!
Amazing Moving Experience! I can’t say enough great things—best movers ever! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all my belongings. The team arrived on time, worked very quickly yet meticulously, and made the entire moving process stress-free. They handled everything with care, ensuring nothing was damaged during transport, and even asked where to place items.
We are happy to hear this! We hope you will consider Corrigan again for all of your future moving and storage needs.
