We hired Pantheon Moving for our relocation from Independence to Lee’s Summit, Missouri, on June 28, 2025. I had met the owner, Andrew, at a local event and got a reasonable quote, so we decided to go with them. On moving day, three crew members arrived. Unfortunately, one appeared inexperienced and walked off the job mid-move while his coworkers were calling for him. More concerning was the significant damage to several items, most notably our washing machine, which was damaged beyond repair during transport.

had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. Everything was fully packed and ready when the movers arrived. One of the movers was professional and efficient, but the other young mover appeared completely unprepared for the job. He seemed disoriented, strongly smelled of marijuana, and was the one repeatedly asking what should and should not be moved. We clearly explained that certain items were not included in the estimate and should not be moved.
Hey Daria I am very sorry you feel this way. We did actually try and find when you worked with us in the past and we actually don’t have any record of you. So it is possible you are confusing us with another company.
We are seniors and one has a disability. We paid to have everything packed for us. 50% things made it fine but Our other 50% were not treated carefully. Chord to golf cart charger taken off and wrapped around chain saw. Damaging it so it won’t hold a charge. When they were putting our 65 inch tv back together worker admitted he threw screws away. So tv couldn’t be stood up on stand. Adjustable bed for disability, the worker did not keep the mattress brace with the bed. Lost somehow?
Hi Sherri, Thank you for your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously, but we want to set the record straight regarding the full scope of your service. Out of more than 1,000 items packed, moved, and unloaded—including high-value artwork and gems—zero furniture was broken or damaged.
Our uhaul broke down in Kansas on our move from Kentucky to Utah. They hired pantheon movers to move our things from one truck to a new truck. We spend a day and a half packing our truck in order to protect our items and make sure there was minimal damage(we’ve moved 11 times in our marriage). When they got there they said it was amazing we fit what we did and how organized it was.

Reply: I am referring to the correct company. It was the weekend rate. Original post: I wasnt that happy with the service. They were nice but if I’m paying $4 a minute, I expect two professionals. One of the two was 18 and seemed very new to the profession, often standing around waiting for direction. I didn’t appreciate that they were on their phones a lot too, texting and having long phone calls. Again, nice guys but please don’t expect me to pay you $4 a minute while your taking 20 minute phone calls.
Hey Jen I’m very sorry you feel this way about our service and your experience with us however I am not sure you are referring to the correct moving company because we have never advertised or expressed our rates to be $4 a minute at any point or time.
They did a quick and efficient job. However, I was quoted for $180-$240. Originally I was told they’d only charge the base price if they didn’t have to remove or dismantle the fridge to get it through. I did all the work to dismantle and they were easily able to get it through everything. They still charged the maximum quoted amount. Movers were nice and quick but business practice needs some work

I had a vending machine moved to a location. They sent 2 scrawny guys who couldn't get the job done, they made a bunch of excuses saying we weren't prepared for it and basically blamed us. My vending machine provider had to come do the job and move the machine for them. They still charged me extra

The showed up with 3 people when the quote was for 2 and still went over on time. Not one was in uniform, unmarked truck, and I had items broken. The workers complained about the weight of bags and boxes throughout the job. They moved my stuff is about the most positive thing I can say

Andy from Pantheon Moving keeps his appointments, responds in a timely manner and is quick and efficient. We didn't have much to move, but Andy treated us as if we were his only priority. A great service, a fair price, and a team that worked hard. We couldn't have been more pleased. If you want something moved, call these guys. You won't be disappointed.
The two young men, J.J. and Ebele arrived on time. The refrigerator was a large three door French style. It was not going through the doorway until the door was removed from the house and all three doors were removed from the refrigerator. The door with water and electrical cords was especially difficult. But after viewing a video online from Samsung it was correctly removed. All bolts were secured in baggies. They carefully wrapped all three frig doors in blankets.

Pantheon Moving was a pleasure to work with! We used their full moving services to move Easter Weekend. They arrived on time and they were professional and efficient. We had quite a few large items, some of which were in the basement. I was worried about them getting the larger items upstairs and moving, but they had no issues. They handled our items with care, moving special large items like a Peloton bike and treadmill amongst other things.
