Worst service ever experienced! I ALWAYS try to leave good reviews as much as I can since I own a small business myself I know how this reviews can help. Yet only good reviews are reserved only for when it is deserved. Unfortunately, this company isn't worth your time and money. First off what the other reviews say about the truck, its true!! Its too small and we had to take our stuff as well to sort of help them out. There was also a couple of things we ended up having to go back for.
Hello Caro, thank you for bringing this to my attention. This is certainly not how we are accustomed to doing things around here. I am very sorry our services might not have been up to our usual standards during your move.
They moved a one bedroom apartment for me told me the storage was free my stuff was in storage for about 10 days till I found a place and they held hostage and charged me double the price it cost me $3300 to move a one bedroom apartment they say they're professional but they're not they replied to this post once before with a number to resolve this issue I called it 15 times it never goes through to a voicemail or anything nobody returned my call or anything if they wanted to do something about it they would we…

Worst moving company on the planet. Would not even give them 1/2 a star! In order to get this to post you HAVE to give at least 1 star. When they moved us out of old house, they showed up late, with a much too small truck to hold all our belongings (which they packed), and with only 3 men, 1 of which did very little. At 4 pm the truck was full and they still had almost half the house not loaded! They left to go back to shop and get another truck. When they returned they only sent back 2 men.
Unfortunately, the service leaves MUCH to be desired. VERY BAD. First of all, the packaging didn't fit on the first delivery trip, and they had to send me the missing items the next day. Second, these people arrived without the necessary equipment, so my husband had to lend them a screwdriver to do their job. Third, they don't send enough liquids, NOR do they warn you to provide them, so they rudely demanded Gatorade or they would have to stop working (that wasn't in the contract).
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! My mother and I just hired them to move from Davie to Weston yesterday. We've moved over 20 times and it was, by far, the worst moving experience of our lives. They were supposed to show up at 9 am but didn't arrive until 3 pm! When they finally started loading things into their truck they realized they didn't have enough room for everything because they had someone else's stuff already in there!
We pride ourselves on bring a prompt, professional moving company serving south Florida since 1996. However, uncontrollable circumstances can lead to delays on moving day. We apologize for inconveniences caused to our customers by this.
First - beware of all the positive reviews for Cousins provided by family members! A horrible experience with this moving company. Paid 100% upfront, they arrived late, sent older men for a furniture-only move, damaged multiple pieces and then forced us to follow a ridiculous process for claims - a process that has nothing to do with what our contract stated.

I'm an Army Veteran Permanent and Totally Disabled, High Decorated with fourteen medals.Which had Cousins USA moving Company pickup my goods on January 17,2019 and delivered at my new home the following day January 18,2019 at Port Saint Lucie FL. The employees were careless off loading that they damaged the material from my Captain chair, damaged the wood of the shoe rack and scratched the new wooden floor in the Master bedroom.

Worst move we have ever experienced. The worst. This was only a 3 block move. The following items demonstrate: The “owner” promised he would handle the move personally. When we had problems he was making sales to others. When I reminded him of this promise he denied it. I was irate about broken items and his slow response to calls ..the discussion was heated and he hung up on me. Sent him texts to call back to no avail.

A very, very, VERY positive experience. Great estimator, fair price, flexible and patient with all out concerns.
