Please don’t use this horrible company for anything. E Square Movers arrived early with only two workers and began complaining about stairs and parking—both clearly explained to them in advance. The first crew left without notice, and when I called, I was told they had refused the job. The company then suggested postponing the move (not possible, as my lease ended that day) and later tried to charge an extra $1,250 because they couldn’t park directly in front of the building.

The movers themselves worked very hard and were polite throughout the day. Moving is physically demanding work and I do want to acknowledge their effort. Unfortunately, the overall experience with the company was very frustrating. One of the first issues was that the home we were moving into has carpet throughout, and the movers arrived without any clear solution or protection for it. There was no immediate plan for keeping the carpet clean while large furniture was being brought into the house.

Horrendous. Lots of stolen stuff (lots). Never showed up on time to empty the storage unit was charged a late fee plus an additional month.

We contracted Esquare Moving and Storage Inc, specifically because of their reputation for superior, high-end care, paying a premium for "white glove" service. However, the service and experience provided was the total opposite. It was unacceptable and negligent. The movers carelessly handled our belongings. From the moment they stepped in the door, one of the movers made a snide remark.We always expect courteous and respectful conduct. And that was not the case.

I am so disappointed to say that this company created so much aggravation for me and my family during an already stressful time. We decided to choose this company based on the numerous positive reviews. But our experience was the complete opposite of positive. If you do decide to go with this company be sure they go to your house to look at each item they will be moving and provide an estimate that way. Our first mistake was completing the online estimate.

This moving company used a faulty truck that would not start after filling the truck, and blocked a building entrance for over 3 hours and was very nasty when concerns were raised. Did nothing to help the situation or appease the parties involved in the building. Very rude and inconsiderate. They didn’t even tell the client that the truck broke down, making her believe that her things were already in transit to the drop off location.

Do not know where this 5 star reviews came from, but don't think it is real. I was compare to call them base on these reviews. After speaking to someone on the phone and taking count of things i needed to move, he then said $590. He asked if the price was ok. I said no ( moving between a short distance, about 6 min drive, few stuff, elevator available), next he said ok and bye! Hung up. Very rude!!
