What hoped to be a good experience as per reviews turned to be a terrible one The start should have been at 10 am and I called them at 10:10 to ask if they are coming soon and was informed they will be arriving in 6 minutes but they didn’t show till 10:30 with no apology or mentioning 2 guys only !!! And thanks God we moved all boxes and cloth before they come and we left the heavy staff like couches, beds,TV, and fridge … and what was suppose to be 2–3 hours job as I was told turned to be 5 hours job ( charging…
We used 'labor' from this company to load a truck. Although they seemed to move our stuff in a timely manner - after a couple of months in our home - we realized that there are items missing. I don't' know how or why they would take a random box or 2 - but they did. Very specific items that are literally gone with no explanation. Some friends helped us unload. I don't recommend these movers.
These guys were sooooooooo slow! One of the three movers was supposed to pack up fragile glasswear in my kitchen. As I unpacked, I discovered that he had painstakingly and carefully wrapped up children's plastic cups and even (non-breakable) toys instead. Each plastic item was wrapped in enormous amounts of paper. The mover also spent the day complaining about how he didn't like his job, he was so tired, and he wanted to find another job. And he broke my favorite mug.
I wasn't impressed with one of the movers who complained the entire move. Some of my pottery was damaged and my sofa and door jam were damaged. Boxes marked FRAGILE were treated as any other box.. The two movers took an hour long lunch break which they charged me for. I would not recommend them, in fact I would deter people from using their services.
The actual movers were AWESOME but corporate is VERY predatory They conveniently left NO contract and charged 1200 dollars more than agreed, their reply was oops they FORGOT!! BS!!! DO NOT trust them without a written contract. YOU WILL BE SORRY
Cross Town moved us from Albany to Corvallis. While their people have strong backs, unfortunately, they aren't adept at moving things such as grandfather clocks. With our clock, the movers didn't bother to remove the weights. This resulted …

I used Cross Town Movers out of Corvallis for my recent move in Lebanon. This was the 2nd time I have hired them in 2 years. Matt W. & Josh F. were very professional, careful, and quick. They put padding on the doors and used a floor runner. They were very careful with all my belongings and everything made it to my new home safely. I highly recommend them to anyone moving locally
Fast and efficient with a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to my friends. The crew was friendly and hard-working and a welcome sight for this senior citizen.
