In their own words
I moved with them last Sunday and the experience was overall disappointing. The movers were hard working and friendly but the customer service was awful. I am giving 2 stars to appreciate the movers. To be honest, I don't recommend moving with this company but if you do, make it sure you take the earliest schedule because they can't handle unexpected situation and you might need to wait for a long time with out being noticed.
Hi Yuni, We are sorry to hear that your experience wasn't 100% to your satisfaction. We understand that you have your perspective on this situation we would just want to clarify a couple things.

In their own words
Crown Movers made our moving day completely stress-free! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and genuinely careful with all our belongings. A huge thank you to Kosta, Yuri, Nazar, and Andrei — these guys worked incredibly hard, showed up on time, and handled everything (including some tricky/heavy pieces) with real care and expertise. They were friendly, communicative, and just a pleasure to have in our home. I highly recommend Crown Movers!!!
From the initial contact, they were professional, courteous, and clear. We had only one China cabinet to move (purchased online), but they took care of it faster than I expected for a truly reasonable price. The day of the move they were running ahead of schedule, but communicated with us and got the job done in no time. The movers themselves were professional and our china cabinet was well wrapped and delivered with care. Highly recommended!
Hi Lanyard! Thank you so much for your glowing review and for choosing Crown Movers to handle your moving service! Was a pleasure working with you! All the best, Jonathan Crown Movers
Crown moving was my choice and what a great one it was. Here's why: Their customer marketing team (Jonathon) radiated complete confidence in the level of services his team(s) provide; was communicative; very price competitive (best price I found) and what's more, was able to embolden us with courage and confidence toward 2 of our upcoming moves both during winter! Bihzan and Team moved our stuff into storage end of November, the onset of winter.
Hey Mina, Wow, your review absolutely made our day! 🤩 Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Crown Movers. It means the world to us to know that you were happy with your moving services! Bihzan, Kostas, and the entire crew will be thrilled to hear your kind words!
Everything was fantastic. The moving team was efficient and professional and polite.I found the move also went quickly and all my clothes were packed with care in boxes, I am very satisfied with the team that was sent by Jonathan to my condo. It is stressful to move but this team did also keep me calm and happy with their fantastic service. They also protected my expensive sofa with plastic keeping it clean .My bed also was covered in plastic to protect it from dust. Everything was fantastic.
