Like gangsters extort cash or Interac only, even though the contract stipulates a credit card payment option. They tell tales about a broken payment terminal just to avoid taxes. Don’t move with them unless you have infinite cash on you + don’t forget you will pay taxes
We are sincerely sorry that you were left with this impression. Our crew worked extremely hard throughout your move in 32°C heat without taking breaks. They handled your belongings with care from start to finish, and unfortunately were not even offered a glass of water during the entire job.
We agreed to deduct one hour of transport before starting the job. At time of payment I was forced to pay for that hour, and told to call the company. I called the company the next day to resolve, but they refused to refund me for that hour. Very disappointed.
Thank you for your feedback. We did not refuse to help resolve the situation. We offered you a $105 discount on your next move, equivalent to the transport hour in question. Unfortunately, we are unable to remove this charge from the signed contract after the move has been completed.
We were blocked so we couldn't reply to your repost, so we're writing here. At the beginning of the conversation, you were asked where you were, and we said we were at the hotel. Then, you were asked to go to the first loading spot. You said, "Send the hotel address" and started counting down from there. You weren't asked to break the rules, but you were driving slower than you were supposed to, and when you finished, you were driving really fast. So, the rules don't apply?
I am very sorry that we could not reach an agreement, I hope that other companies will do it better, faster and cheaper!
Hello, I do not recommend this company. I had a negative experience moving my belongings. I was not warned that the movers would charge $105 for pickup. I was not warned that they would add an extra hour. I was not warned that I, not their company, would be responsible for paying the fine for their parking. I was told that the distance from one address to another was 3 km and the mover would complete the job in 2 hours, but it turned out to be 4.5 hours, and they added an additional hourly charge of $105 for…
Good evening, Lyudmila, we're very sorry to hear such comments, although we have something to say about this! Yes, you're absolutely right that the moving fee was high, and quite rightly so!
We hired our own person to help load the truck, and he said we'd pay an extra 30 CAD for it. He started counting the work from the moment he picked up the person, which was half an hour before the specified loading location. He counted three hours of work as four hours, even though he didn't help much with the loader. He drove slowly between loadings. I recommend clarifying everything before ordering, even the smallest service, so you don't end up like we did.
Good afternoon, you're leading people into confusion. You were told the price list says car rental with a driver costs $50 per hour. We're not a taxi company. You gave us an address, we arrived, opened the contract, and you signed and reviewed it.
Good afternoon, I just want to say that it is not nice to use new people who just came for 3 hours. You asked for 300 dollars. I don’t understand right now whether you are a carrier, a lawyer, or a dentist.
3.5 hours of work at $75 per hour and $50 Travel Time... That's right - it came out to $312.50 + $46 in taxes, total = $358.50. I gave you a $58.50 discount. What's wrong??? I can provide a report of my work and all the addresses. There were 7 loading addresses and 1 unloading address.

WOW, and I don’t say that lightly! These guys are true professionals and really know what they’re doing. Yesterday, I contacted them to pick up an antique dining room set I bought on Facebook Marketplace and deliver it to my new apartment. Today, they weren’t just on time — they were early and ready!
