They deserve 0 stars. I am so disappointed with their service that I likely will never use a moving service again. My possessions were stolen by the movers, my furniture was damaged, my floors were damaged by reckless handling of my appliances, and although I paid for insurance, they refuse to reimburse me. They were extremely slow, often standing around doing nothing, wrapping, unwrapping and rewrapping the same object. They were also seen going through containers that hadn’t been taped shut.

Poor service; I do not recommend doing business with them. The staff did a good job, but the telephone customer service was unreliable and unprofessional. They were dishonest; they increased the agreed price by $50 because of traffic, and then, upon arriving late, they demanded an additional fee. It's absurd.

I moved from one floor in the same building to another floor in the exact same floorplan, and the guys left before I had completed clearing out the old unit, I assumed everything was good. I requested that they reassemble the furniture and put it all in the exact same configuration and when I came back upstairs my desk was missing screws and, with one having been loosely screwed in and the other completely missing.

I had the worst experience with this company. First of all, they didn’t tell me that the storage units are pods second of all you cannot just go if you need something out you have to call to make an appointment and if they’re available, they allow you to come in to retrieve an item or two. And when you’re ready to move out, you have to pay them to either move it for you at their moving rate or if you have your own Movers, you have to pay them $85 plus tax an hour minimum 3 hours, to sit there and watch you move…

Very nice on the phone But moving was a real disappointment since he called an hour before move was to tell me he was going to be late No biggie movers are often late it's a reality of the business and that I understood however he said he was going to be about an hour and then an almost an hour later he calls me again and said it's going to take two more hours in addition he was supposed to come with three guys and he only showed up with two and then when he looked around my place he wanted to charge me more than…

I would not recommend Harmony Moving based on my experience. Before the move, the manager, Assel, came to assess the job and discuss the services that would be provided. Based on those discussions, I expected my belongings to be properly protected and handled with care. Unfortunately, during the move, the crew damaged one of my walls, broke a lamp, and transported my brand-new mattress without any nylon protection, despite the fact that I had paid for protective covers and had even kept the original packaging…

If you guys are looking for a good movers, I don’t break your stuff I need advice doesn’t take a vantage and not pieces guys properly. This is not the company to go for. I was just let go yesterday because they called him out for charging an extra $800 for heavy pieces that he pockets to himself. He’s OK to break his guys back for him to make the most dollars. In this industry we take care of each other make sure no good your jobs done properly and take care of the client.

Summary: I was sold an extra service that wasn't provided. I received a phone call the day before the move asking if I was aware that a grandfather clock needed to be prepared beforehand. I told them I would remove the clock and weights, but Brad insisted that the mechanism also needed to be locked to prevent it from breaking during the move. He said that for $150 he would send a "clock professional" to perform these tasks. I blindly agreed.
