I had a horrible experience with Cruise movers, Rob was 1.5 hrs late and he knew I was on a time line. He was very careless with my furniture and even broke on of my dressers. If I wouldn’t have shrink wrapped my stuff I am sure more things would have been damaged. He said he would give me a discount for being late but still charged me the same amount. I said I wouldn’t be paying for his travel time either.
The fellas that showed up to move us were amazing. Their boss on the other hand has no idea how to run a company. I would really not recommend them.

Amazing moving and packing crew! Economical, quick, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful. The staff was really supportive! They carefully packed our fragile items, disassembled and reassembled our furniture and even helped us set up in the new place..!
Great work. they were on time and really friendly. They also didn't stop until the job was finished.
Josh and his team handled our long-distance move with incredible care, securely wrapping our furniture and delivering everything across state lines right on schedule without a single scratch.
