Absolutely terrible service. I paid in advance for a container delivery that was scheduled for today, and no one showed up. I called multiple times, no answer. The voicemail asked me to leave a message, which I did, but nobody ever called me back. Zero communication, zero professionalism. I’ve never dealt with a company that confirms a delivery and then completely disappears. If you can’t provide the service people pay for, at least have the decency to answer the phone or give an update.

0/10. We booked the cube pick up and transfer for the 4th of July. Called this morning to confirm and they said they have us on the 10th. Then their rep tried to gaslight me into thinking I messed up my date, which is ridiculous, the other rep said it was a glitch h in their system. They refused to move the date or expedite the transfer. Now the new owners of our house will have a container in their driveway in the way of their own move.
