I do not believe I have ever reviewed any business establishment, however, my most recent experience with Cubeit has led me to take the time to prevent anyone from having the same costly issue at the expense of an unorganized, overbooked company. Do yourself a favour and call Big Steel Box or any other storage facility and inquire as to whether they accommodate their customers.

Hello. I hired cubeit to move from my house to a new home only 5min away. The driver was great and had a good personality and was a very understanding person. The rules with the company are you need to store your items safely and properly in the container and have things tied up. All of my items were completely secure and tied up safely and the driver and I made sure of it. What happened was he drove about a minute down the street and the. The actual cube door unmatched and the door swung opened.

I'm so disappointed by the terrible treatment from this company. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! Pay by cheque only if you have to. Read the fine print of their contract as they can increase your monthly fees to whatever they want once you are in. They increased mine by 8.1% after only 7 months and then another 8% 6 months later and then another 8% 10 moths later. I had a lot of issues initially with the delivery charges and now this.

So to add to this. I was told by one customer service agent that if all of my property couldn’t fit into 2 16 foot pods that a smaller one was available. This customer service agent went as far to check availability of the pod. When I called of course I got another customer service agent. Then I was told the smaller ones were not available for long distance moves. They quoted me for another 16 footer with the added hidden costs. It just seems not great.

***EDIT- Sorry to say, that my experience when my agreement ended has not been great. I was not going to report this, but with my frustration today with your Client Care Representatives, I feel I should be writing this. When the container was returned to us, it was full of mice droppings. We disposed of clothing and furniture. CubeIt compensated us withy something very nominal. Today, I have been back and forth with emails and telephone calls requesting a statement of my spending, they are unable to do that!

The actual cube was spacious, clean, amd exactly what we needed/wanted. Delivery was great, no issues. Pick up is where it all went wrong. They scheduled me for a week after drop off (for storage at thier facilities), but never showed. It was supposed to be gone so my house sale pictures could be done and my house listed for sale.

First time customer, I asked how it works . I told them my son needed to be out by the 1st of Sept I booked the cube and called to confirm date and was informed I had no date set.. I've called 7 times to get the cube picked up and was passed off with someone will call you back which never happpen on the first call.

I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with Cubeit Storage. I had a confirmed booking, but they suddenly informed me that the delivery would be delayed by 6 days. This change has caused significant financial consequences for me as I had to postpone the start of my renovation work, which was scheduled to begin immediately after emptying my house.

If there was 6 stars, I would give Cubeit a 6 stars rating! From the correspondance to the delivery and pick up, everything was perfect, went smootly and quite a stress reliever. Moving is always an experience, not always a good one, but using Cubeit was the best decision I could have made. Having the container in my driveway two weeks before the move, gave me the flexibility I needed to prepare our belongings.

Another flawless experience with CubeIt. This was our second time dealing with CubeIt this year as we work our way through a complicated move and renovation. The service was nothing short of perfect. I have had to have all my things in storage as I had to move in to help a family member. Cube it has been the perfect solution for storing all my things safely. The customer care team on the phone has been particularly helpful as I navigate having all my things in two places now. I recently had an emergency where my passport was tucked away in the cube and I hadn’t realized. The team called around and had an employee volunteer to come in on his weekend off to get my cube down for me in an emergency.
