Strongly advise not using this to store your goods. We found a dead rat in our storage unit, and when we asked to see the manager we were ignored by the staff and treated poorly. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, seeing as they didn't even apologize when we found the rat and they didn't even reimburse us in any way. If you want to be cheated and treated like garbage by a rude staff, this is the place for you.
The worst customer service ever! Not nice owners at all.... wouldn't even give a break to a gentleman who just lost his job and grandma to Corona virus! Just auctioned his memories away like it was nothing!!! Said no to even a payment plan! Disgusting!
