My storage unit got broken into and everything was stolen. They said they will not give any information unless it's to the police for a police report. The front gate of the establishment was not broken,the door to the building was not broken nor was my lock. It was broken into by lack of security in the door for my unit. Customer service will not help in any way. Most cherished momentum's gone forever. This business is showing no sense of urgency to help me.

Im sorry but this is a Horrible storage unit our RV has been robbed more than 2 times and staff are very rude ! Do not recommend this place

Kayla, I am sorry that you disagree with our policies and feel mistreated. There are many other options for storage in South Hill that you might consider looking into who have different policies that might suit your needs better. They might even let you stay on property for longer amounts of time.

Super quick and convenient storage rental experience ever! Front desk associate Janet was also very kind and helpful which made my experience even better. She showed me a unit and informed me she could help process the unit or I could just do it online whichever I’d prefer. Answered all my questions on the spot before feeling confident enough to make the monthly commitment. Very easy and would recommend to anyone in need of one.

Wow - what a great experience I had this weekend at Rainier View Storage. Very clean, organized and a lot of complimentary items like a large moving truck and plenty of well built carts. Introductory pricing of 75% off the first two months with no gimmicks. What made my experience more than anything was the exemplary service and support I received from Karen and Janet. They took care of EVERYTHING and made my part super easy, fast and convenient. Truly amazing people!
