Hi, I was in to pay my bill and PAM was so rude,so uncaring and was one of the worst representative's I have ever had to talk to.Christna was there and was so helpful and caring. I'm just so grateful she was there. I had called twice bc traffic was but to let her know.. Also we were still there 10 minutes before they closed and still was treated awfully. Just so you aware. U-haul was not cleaned out (sweeper or blown out) and smelled like manure had been put into the truck. First bad experience with this location.
