The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Exceptional Service from Start to Finish – Thank You! I cannot express enough gratitude to DCMOVING for making our move such a smooth and stress-free experience. From the very first interaction with their reception team to the hardworking movers who handled our belongings with care, every step of the process was handled professionally and compassionately. The reception staff, Lilit, was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions.
Thank you, Eve, for your kind words and for trusting DC MOVING INC with your move! 🌟 We're thrilled to hear that Lilit, Alec, and Ravil made your experience smooth and stress-free. Our team takes pride in handling every move with care and professionalism. Wishing you all the best in your new home!
We had a wonderful experience with DC moving! They helped my college student daughter move from one apartment to another in Baltimore, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The office staff (Dasha and Lillit) was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The movers were professional, efficient, and extremely kind. My daughter cannot remember their names, but they handled everything with care and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy.
DC Moving saved the day for us - after the movers we had booked in advance no-showed us twice, Lilit answered my phone call the Sunday right before before Memorial Day and helped me schedule a move the next day. She was communicative about costs, payment options, and timeline, and she answered all of my questions honestly and without trying to upsell. Their prices are competitive for the area (even for my last-minute move, which was huge).
DC Moving Inc. did a wonderful job! Used them for a recent move for my mother, who was moving to a retirement home and couldn't be happier. The crew showed up on time, wrapped every piece of furniture carefully, and worked nonstop without ever seeming rushed or careless. Nothing was damaged, nothing was lost, and they even helped reposition a couple of heavy pieces in our new place without complaint.
