Very unprofessional! Made an appointment for 8:15 they showed up at 11. The woman on the phone was condescending, rude and kept pushing the time then threatening that they wouldn’t come to get the piano. I was given the amount it would cost, after they moved the piano it cost more! One thing after another with this company! The movers themselves did a good job, but the people who run the business are terrible terrible people. I recommend going somewhere else for moving pianos. I will never use this company again!
Hello Ms. Langlois, we are disappointed by your comment and your false statements about us. First of all, we clearly explained why we were late. This morning there was very heavy rain which prevented us from working (moving pianos).
Asked for a quote. Wanted to charge me 25 000$ to move 4 safes. Felt like they wanted to take advantage of this specialized service. I would recommend Produits de sécurité Pierre Delorme. They did the job for 2 000$ within 3 hours with specialised equipement. Beware of Déménagement Piano Transport they will take of you.
Mr. Jean-Philippe De Muszka, when a price doesn't suit you, do you usually resort to insulting people, calling them "crazy," "dishonest," or "hypocritical," as you did during our private exchanges?
Disrespectful and useless! They can't move my piano and offer no solution! During our call, the person spoke to my girlfriend disrespectfully and stated that it was "impossible" to move the piano with ramps in place...ON THE SAME DAY.
