Terrible service. The movers weren't careful. The owner has a very rude approach with customers. At first, he told me, "Just because you're complaining doesn't mean I have to pay." Then, it was up to us to prove that they were the ones who broke it, even though they were the only ones who moved the furniture. In short, he won't pay for the damage. Very unprofessional.

A disastrous experience indeed; the staff were rude and unpleasant. Furthermore, the bill increased astronomically when it came time to pay.

No after-sales service whatsoever. They send someone who half-assembles the furniture and then can't even come back to finish fixing the damage! Now, with furniture that looks like it was picked up off the curb, they don't seem to mind breaking things, everything works... They have no interest in their clients, they just want to get things done quickly. They have no concern for the well-being of others.

The service was far too expensive. They deliberately dragged out the move as much as possible, charging me $1780 for a 4 1/2 apartment. It was a friend's recommendation, and they had moved my son's family a few days prior without any issues. However, my experience was terrible and disappointing. While there was a minor problem with a sofa, they charged extra for the service, making the experience even more disappointing. Avoid this company at all costs! You can find much cheaper and more reliable options.

I'm very disappointed to have chosen this moving company, and surprisingly, not because of the young men's work, but because of their boss's attitude. I can accept a few minor accidents or incidents, but for the boss to yell at me and treat me as if I didn't have the right to make certain complaints... I can understand he's tired, but respect is essential in any customer service! A reputation takes a long time to build, but it's quickly destroyed with this kind of attitude, sir!

I've moved three times with them, and it was fine. The fourth time was for my stepdaughter and for storage. I was very disappointed. They store the belongings on the second floor, where the stairs are uneven and dangerous. On top of that, they call to warn you that they don't want you to bring the appliances down yourself because it's dangerous. They charge you to bring them down whenever you want. Very disappointing. So if you need storage, specify not on the second floor.

They don't know the rules of the road. I almost had an accident because of this incompetent driver who doesn't even know what a red light is. There were children in the car, and they were terrified! They're not supposed to drive that fast, especially not when the light is red!!! Those who want to do business with them, think about your property.

I am extremely disappointed with the compensation they offered for several of my damaged items, including a floor lamp, a rattan chest, a cake stand that broke in two, and several other items. They only offered me a fraction of the value of everything they damaged. I have to pay out of pocket to replace my furniture.
